“I've used H&R for years at more than one location and have always had a positive experience. Genuine, nice, and knowledgeable tax preparers an could always count on them to be accurate. I especially like how they call you each following year to schedule your appointment for tax preparation each year. Even though I know this is for everyone it still feels like a personal experience and you have the same report with your tax preparer as you would with dr or dentist, etc.”
“I usually do my taxes on their website however with so many life events I decided it would be best to have someone do them for me. Dropped off all my info (due to covid) they set the expectation I would get a call within 2 weeks which is exactly what happened! He called and shared an update and said he would call me back the following week which he did! My tax person provided me with all the info one thing I loved is he kept asking do you have any questions, I wasn't really asking anything so for him to ask me multiple times I appreciated that. I set a date to come in and sign everything, and got my refund super quick. I will for now on being have them file my taxes vs doing online.”
