I have been buying saws and falling gear from Guys for a decade. The service and selection have kept me and my friends coming back. I bought a large piece of log splitting gear there today, and received the same one thing excellent service from the new and knowledgeable owners that were trained employees of the original retired owners. They have kept my loyalty.

I come here alot a few times a week sometimes we cut and spilt firewood they have been super helpful on saw selection along with chains every one always seems to have proper answers to questions without talking down to a customer who are green in the industryOver and all I would highly recommend them

Amazing customer service. When you buy from Guys you gain a great team of professionals who are always willing to teach you and help you. I was green at all this chainsaw stuff when I moved to upcountry, bought my first saw at Guys, and they have been pleasant to deal with on every interaction. Taught me how to maintain my equipment and were always nothing but courteous. We need more businesses in Pioneer with this level of customer service!
