“Everytime we go in we recieve amazing service. Depending on the time you go, you might be able to walk right in or you may have to wait in line. No matter the situation Gina always welcomes everyone with a sincere smile and greeting. I've seen people be unhappy and be rude to her because of mailing issues and she still keeps her calm and continues to be courteous. She is a phenomenal employee. People should understand that the workers are just doing there job. They shouldn't be yelled at because of the fee to ship or a lost package. It's not the front ends fault.”

Passport applicants they have money order service, and also, they have Passport photo service they will take care of everything for you. You don't worry about it.

“Earlier this week, I wrote a poor review prematurely! My complaint was about some mis-delivered Amazon packages by the Contractors used by The Pioneer Post Office. After filing a Service Request with the USPS about my package, Carolyn from the Pioneer Post office called me! She explained that the packages were delivered to another address and she was sending out the regular carrier to retrieve them. The carrier's first attempt was unsuccessful because the residents weren't home. Carolyn said that they will try again the next day. Carolyn called back today and informed us that the persistent Carrier kept knocking until someone answered. The carrier retrieved our packages and they will be delivered directly to our home Friday! I have to give a big Thank you to Carolyn and the postal carrier for following through and recovering our packages! Their efforts are greatly appreciated. If anyone has read my past review, please disregard! Pioneer Post Office came through! Thank you again Carolyn!

“After the entire staff quit, boo, Tina remained to do her job. She managed to be efficient, helpful and cheerful to boot. I can't say enough good about her work ethic. I have had many issues with this post office and have written to the powers that be on more than one occasion. Though never concerning her. I'd like to think I am a fair individual and therefore would like to sing my praises for Miss Tina of the Sutter Creek post office, we need more like her, everywhere.”
