This post office has some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a postal location. They actually make a big effort not just in their jobs, but in the efforts they make to be a part of the local community. It shows as well! Kind and punctual, always remembering your name and packages, and each person here is pleasant to talk to. Keep up the good work! Thanks for making my days brighter when I check the mail.

I am going to have to complain about the hours of operations. Seems as most people have a 9-5 or similar mine being 8-5 mon-friday with matching lunch hour, so for them only being open 2 hours on Saturday is just so limiting to be able to get services for the majority of the working class due matching the avg work schedule. Please have longer hours on Saturdays.

The absolute best Post Office in San Diego County, if not all of the state. The staff works hard, some commute long distances to put in their hours and serve the Pine Valley community. They are by far the nicest Postal Staff I have ever met. And that is saying a lot, we get the cream of the crop for Postal Staffing. Post Office Hours.....Our Postal hours are set by the USPS - not locally, and any less than five star review for 91962 Post Office is unjustified. Our Post Master goes out of her way to make our Post Office pleasant in both visual and personal factors. Have you ever had a Post Master help you out to your car? At 69 years old - Jessie is the first. Five Big Stars.

The Staff works extremely hard to complete their days work.Long hours, often working thru lunch and breaks, working long past office hours, they don't earn overtime pay, and they continue to provide friendly awesome service. Any poor reviews of the staff are shamefull and a disgrace.

It’s bad enough we pay the same taxes as neighboring communities but don’t have door to door mail service! While the staff is lovey, the hours of operation are horrible for a community that is largely a commuting community … add to the fact that the hours on the website are incorrect meaning what small window you have to get your packages from the post office is even shorter and you have to stand around waiting for them to actually open because they are not open even though the website states they are... it’s just a horrible customer service situation.I received a forwarded email from a relative that a surprise present she sent us has been here two weeks and now it will be returned. I have been given several packages over the past two weeks but not this one. It’s always a yellow card, meaning I have to go in, instead of it being put into a box. So incredibly more difficult than it needs to be! Now I am waiting outside, fuming, because they aren’t really open and there is a good chance a package we were never told about is going to be returned through no fault of mine.

As of now someone is stealing mail from customers. I have sent gifts for my grand kids and twice mailbox has nothing in there.I have proof of purchase from Amazon. I will be contact Consumer Affairs and FBI because this is a crime.

The customer service at the Pine Valley post office is incredible!! Some of the workers have helped me to carry large and/or heavy packages to my car. They are the BEST!!!!

Great folks. Deliveries and shipments go as expected. Issues/questions and less frequent needs are handled well too.
