It is supposed to be open in the early morning but several times I have come and they close it just because they are going to mop, this store is garbage, don't come, they take hours supposedly to mop but they just close and do nothing.

Open all the time and the staff is friendly. Late night coffee runs when you need it and its better than starbies :)

Terrible service and no human decency I ask just for a bag to hold some and bro said no with a stank-ass attitude, don't be mad because you gotta work there you can always quit you sorry ass bum. I wouldn't encourage people to shop here because they do not need our money:)

How is the ICEE machines gonna be broken on 7/11 what a coincidence not cool at all ? most of us parents have a 9 to 5 job and we get home are kids say hey MOM or DAD today is 7/11 and they get all excited and you get to the store and the machine is broken ?and the PINOLE CALIFORNIA were RUDE really we do it for the kids

I defy you to go to this 7-11 when the people behind the counter are not having loud arguments or on the phone. You walk in, they're screaming at each other (I think in Farsi but I'm not positive). You put your stuff on the counter and they ring you up as slow as they can while they continue their conversation/argument with each other. It's almost unbearable. Why are you yelling? You're literally a foot away from each other. You do understand there are customers right here, right?OR, the guy is texting. He rings you up, never takes his eyes off his phone, I don't know how he does it. If you want to receipt, you'll need to get his attention from whatever it is he's looking at on the phone. One time I stood there because I wasn't sure I was done. The guy never let me know, he was so into the phone. How these idiots keep their jobs is a mystery. This can't be the owner. But upon reading other reviews I see this is common. And clearly the owner doesn't care because the people behind he counter here constantly do this and nothing is done.Absolutely the worst "service" I've seen at a 7-11. At least act like you know you're dealing with customers. You don't have to say hi or be pleasant, just get off the goddmn'd phone while you're ringing someone up or let them know when you're done. And stop arguing with each other during business hours.

I go in there to get a pizza today cashier did not put gloves on I watched him the whole time .store is very dirty that 7-Eleven is nasty I do not recommend it
