The folks took care of me really well. They were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to fix my issue. I wish more places were this customer service oriented.

Went there to add new for my daughter. Came home and my phone was SOS. Ended up call 611 for help and found out the SIM card got reset because it was trying to upgrade. This line had nothing to do with the new line that was added. It also added insurance to two of my devices that I never aware of. The new line got added as premium that I wasn’t aware of. I reordered new device and phone online. Went back to return the phone, got charged $55 restocking even though I had never opened box or activated the line. Anyway, it doesn’t matter, what mattered most to me was how I feel about what happened and will never do business with this place again,EVER!

My kids and I are very satisfied with Tyrik's service. He has exceptional customer. He was pleasant and engaging towards me and my kids. It was a pleasant and stress free transaction at the ATT Pinole, CA branch.

If I could give you 0 star, I will. One of your representative wasted my time. I took a day off to get my new phone. At the very beginning when I sat down the way he talked was really disrespectful. Well that BRYAN shouldn’t be there. Don’t expect your customers to have all the knowledge of how everything works when getting a new device or upgrading devices etc. Your job is to make your customer understand what they’re getting and what plans are best for them. Not to make them feel that you’re interrogating them. Please owner do something about your employee. So I’m trying to explain everything to get a better understanding on my situation. but all the answer I got from him was “ WHAT YOUR SAYING IT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE” WELL big guy you’re the one who’s working there and have enough knowledge to explain everything. Then understanding the situation and what your customers saying will make everything better and make a sense for both sides. Not helpful at all.

Poor service and unethical sales team. Cancelling my plan and going elsewhere. Manager is dishonest and not helpful. If I can give no stars I would.
