Very Great Customer Service.
Jolene, the Store Manager did a very great job in assisting me with removing & installing my headlight beam on my Dodge Dart 2016 car. She went through the trouble of figuring out how to remove & install the headlight for me.
I had previously gone to O'Reilly’s (Pinole) where 3 men were in the store & they were hesitant to help & said “We don’t usually do that.”
2 of them went out to “try” to help but showed no effort. They gave up very easily. I asked for my money back & took my money elsewhere.
It’s embarrassing that 2 men “tried” & weren’t successful. IT TOOK A WOMAN AT THEIR COMPETITION STORE TO BE SUCCESSFUL. Jolene at AutoZone in Pinole was very patient and helpful. She Strived to go above & beyond! Very appreciative ?

Horrible experience I never will shop there again. I went it on a rainy evening with children in my car. I asked what type of wipers my car needed he has me go to the take grab the front wipers that i needed then after i went back up there with the wipers he walked over there and got the one i needed for the rear but it was the wrong one and i asked him twice was it the right one all he did was nod. He gad an entire attitude for no reason. I have manors and im super nice to people. After about an hour in the dang rain if trying to put them on i ended up having to go to O'Reillys and they gave me the correct rear wipers i popped them on in 5 seconds. So I tried to take the windshield wipers back to another AutoZone in Richmond and they made me feel like I was a crackhead returning stolen property. I will never go to AutoZone again, I'd rather go to the dealer with their pricing then deal with the AutoZone drama as a woman.

Store 3312 pinole ca ..store associate Ramon was very professional meeting my vehicle needs .very attentive and respectful. I appreciate A+service I also give acknowledgement to store manager Jolene for her leadership of great example of leading team members like Ramon correctly.

I recently bought a 2005 Honda Pilot and have been replacing parts and upgrading here and there the last couple of months. The employees at the Fitzgerald Drive location have been great every one of them! They're professional, knowledgeable have great communication skills and they're friendly as well! The products they sell are quality and reliable with prices in a reasonable range. They offer many services as well for low or even no cost. I highly recommend this store and company for your automotive needs, you won't be disappointed!! A special thanks to Camille for helping me with my headlights today, she was great all around and with a fun sense of humor!

Went for a battery change employer broke off a piece then told me he couldn't change the battery another employee comes out and says that's not his fought I never said it was sounds like guilty conscious
