As a first time lehenga shopper, they were very helpful and patient - not to mention they turned around some small alterations within 30 mins of purchasing (I got lucky that their seamstress was in on a day she wasn’t supposed to be, but regardless the customer service is unmatched!). We found an engagement ring with a setting we loved and the owner helped us source a different center stone because we had our hearts set on a green sapphire in the same shade as a center stone from another ring in the store. This was my first time shopping at Berkley, And i came into the store after having HORRIBLE customer service at Sari Palace, and the 3 people working here gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had. “It’s a small store with a huge warm Pinoy hospitality. The lady welcomed us with a smile. She immediately helped my husband find the barong he needs to wear to a wedding. He tried a few until he found just the right-sized one. I also found the black long skirt that I have been looking for. They have different selection of ladies’ Filipino wear from the traditional Filipiniana gown to the embroidered boleros. They even have printed summer dresses. The barongs for male are mostly cream-colored; some are black. The lady said they also have short-sleeved barongs.
Other items they sell are religious statues (such as the Santo Nino and the Fatima), pocket-sized prayer cards, freshwater pearl earrings and a lot more.
We left the store satisfied with our purchases and our happy interaction with the lady associate.”
