“I received such a nice service from the staff when buying my prom dress, the employees were all very nice and attentive, they let me try on a lot of dresses and even offered discounts for many of them. I had about a week before my prom and the delivering of the dress and the hemming of the dress tail was so quick that I got it the same day!. All the dresses are gorgeous, they have bridal dresses, prom dresses, flower girl dresses for little kids, and quinceanera dresses and crowns!”

“The service was really incredible! Yusuf was at an appointment when we initially stopped by, but the shop owner at the threading spot gave him my number. He was kind enough to call me when he got back to the shop & I was so glad that we made an attempt to reach him. I got 4 beautiful Pakistani style shalwar kameez, all at a very reasonable price. He has a great size selection & was so nice to put out some options for me to try. I'm happy with this experience and will definitely be stopping by when I'm in the Bay again!”

“I had such AMAZING customer service at this store. This was my first time shopping at Berkley, And i came into the store after having HORRIBLE customer service at Sari Palace, and the 3 people working here gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had. I am a bigger size, and I know it can be hard to find things in my size but the people working and owner were still SUPER nice to me and showed me so so so many beautiful options and pieces. The amount was just right and I am so so happy with the service. Customer service really makes a difference. “We were greeted as soon as we stepped in. The woman that helped us was very friendly and showed us our options for barongs. He was able to try it on and she even offered to press my husband's barong before we took it home. Luckily we live close and was able to pick it up before they closed. I also decided last minute to purchase a filipiniana bolero and it fit great. Although they were closing in 30 minutes they were more than happy to help me find the perfect one. I tried on several ones and they were very patient with me. The bolero I chose matched my dress perfectly!”

“Dresses are pretty affordable for wedding dresses and they have 20 dressing rooms! I feel like their style is more poofy and lacy versus simple and flowy. There were some cute ones though! Pretty easy to make a reservation as well and you'd be surprised how fast the hour goes by. People are very friendly and helpful! You can bring more than two people but you only get two chairs.”
