They don't want to open the bathroom, they sent me to look for me outside and first they see you and think about whether to open it. I really won't buy this way because they send me somewhere else if I'm eating them in their store.

I don't think it's legal for such a large store to not have bathrooms. It's frustrating for the customer to go and be told there are no bathrooms. Other stores should make a plot because it's the only store that doesn't have bathrooms. It's frustrating.

Boooo! ???????? If you have kids, and they need to come with you, this is not the place to go. Had my 6 year old with me, we both needed to use the restroom. Huge bathroom. But the had codes on the door. Went to ask one of the workers, and she says with an ugly smirk, " we don't have bathrooms" had to walk a couple of shops over, to Ike's, and buy a $3 nasty bag of chips, to get a code for the bathroom... Aren't these supposed to be family places?

I have never had an experience like this but today I went looking for a t-shirt, I walked through the entire store,
I found a Christmas sweater for 97 cents, everything was fine until I got to pay. She decided to keep it, I don't know why she did that, obviously she wasn't going to make me argue in front of all the people who were in line about a sweater and even more so because she was a woman (RESPECT AND PAINFUL). Unfortunately I couldn't see her name to burn her but she was the ugliest old woman there.
They should put more order too!

This Burlington is particularly bad. Usually not stocked well. A lot of merchandise is opened (theft) or sets are incomplete, particularly in the clothing area. There are better options nearby.

Be carful if you buy something that was on sale then retuned it next day to replace it with the same item but different size you will pay the difference because the discount is over
