“My wife and I had used Floor Dimensions 30 years ago to re-carpet our home and they did an excellent job. Two years ago we explored the idea and cost of replacing that now-old carpet with laminate flooring. We were assisted by Jason Puerto, who came to our home to take measurements and provide us with an estimate based on the laminate flooring we had selected. It was a reasonable cost for the size of our home, but during the pandemic we decided to postpone our purchase.During the past month of December 2023, we decided to move forward with our deferred home improvement plans. We contacted Jason, who remembered us and still had our original floor plan and estimate on file. We were uncertain that we still liked the original laminate flooring we had chosen, but Jason came through by picking the perfect type, pattern, and color laminate flooring for us considering the color and type of furniture we had.The installers (Pedro, Pedro, Parm, Lap, & Brian) took two weeks to remove the carpeting, level the wooden subfloors with leveling concrete, and install the floor planks, baseboards, and transition pieces. It took a little longer and cost a bit more than the estimate due to the necessity to level every room of the house due to uneven ground settling under the house. The installers were seasoned professional craftsmen who did their work efficiently and perfectly. They arrived punctually each morning and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.The final product and appearance of the Medieval SPC flooring in our home is very bright, modern, and beautiful. It makes our 45-year old home look and feel like a new, model home. It motivated us to have the entire interior of our home repainted by Paintmasters in Concord to complement the modern flooring. We are totally satisfied with Floor Dimensions (again after 30 years!), and unequivocally recommend them for all your flooring needs. Give Jason Puerto a call. You can trust him to do right by you.”

Funky building -- not fancy retail, many many options, great prices, clear on expectations for timeline of binding remnant. Update Dec 2025: They seem to have moved to a much nicer building. I haven't been back since my original review.”

“Great customer service! We had just bought out first home a wanted to put some carpet in upstairs. We placed the order a little late and was supposed to be delivered after we moved in. Not a big deal. The the carpet arrived in Union city on time and he sent someone to go get it and install next day. A whole week early! Actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 10/10.
