After NOT coming to this location for a couple years after they changed the bread I returned. I wasn't disappointed. I got the King of Philly Cheese Steak and added Chicken well done. It was so delicious. I really enjoyed my sandwich and can't wait to return. Thanks Cheese Steak Shop.Vegetarian options: The have vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.Parking: There is sufficient parking.

I like the food here. It doesn't take long to get your order. It's a better fast food place than others. I love the sweet potato fries. It's a good place to run into when shopping on the area. A quick bite to eat and your on your way. The girl working at counter was nice and had a good attitude.

I have definitely had a better cheese steak sandwich before. Very skimpy on the meat on your sandwich. Poor customer service. Got our order wrong. Will not be going back to this cheseteak shop.Parking: Located in a Very crowded shopping area. With multiple businesses on site,so parking can be an issue

I was missing the days walking down the streets of Philadelphia & popping into a Philly Cheesesteak Shop. I used to love watching the chef grill the food. I am a meat eater & love the smell of sizzling beef, peppers & cheese. I came here to try the King Philly & was not disappointed. I was barely able to finish this scrupulous sandwich. To make the perfect lunch I indulged in an order of sweet potato fries, which where fantastic. I am still drooling. The folks behind the counter were nice & the price was right. What else can I say except I will have to moderate my new addiction.

Poor customer service. One of the female employee took my wrong order through the phone and when i got there she gave me nuggets instead. When i requested saying i never ordered a nuggets instead i ordered a sandwich. She started shouting back at me like crazy instead accepting her fault. What a disgusting customer service.
