Feb 2024 - I've been using this site halftime and really hate that this Pinole location off Appian Way CANNOT keep the Receipt rolls filled. The idea about pump & go is NOT to have to Go Inside for anything, especially when you have kids riding with you. The paper towels are rarely filled and ready. Very poor maintenance for customers, upkeep should be done throughout the day. Orinda CHV is so much better.

The staff that works here is good guys & gals except for the Asian lady that works in the morning on weekdays, she very fake and does the "stereo typical" watch u when you come in unless ur white, would be 5 stars if not for her, I don't go there unless I know she's not working
