As a first time lehenga shopper, they were very helpful and patient - not to mention they turned around some small alterations within 30 mins of purchasing (I got lucky that their seamstress was in on a day she wasn’t supposed to be, but regardless the customer service is unmatched!). Definitely check them out if you need to do some last minute shopping.”

“My husband told me about ism but I would always stay in the car instead of going in. I figured...since he never came out with anything, they must be too expensive...boy was I wrong. He finally convinced me to go in "to just look". I came out with a shirt, hoodie and a skull cap. They run a little small but they are very high quality clothing, the sweats are very thick and soft. The prices are much less than I expected. I actually need to go back because lately I've been wearing my hoodie 2 times a week...I absolutely love it. So warm you can go without a coat. The no pressure customer service was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because my husband would always go in but come out with nothing. They don't carry his size. He's normally a 2x because he's so tall but 3x would fit better when it comes to ism clothing. I would love to surprise him with something from ism...since he turned me on to them...sooo please consider larger sizes. See you soon...”

The store carries clothing and accessories across various price points, and the fact that my two daughters and I (all with very different styles) can all find something here says it all. The customer service is always amazing, they take the time to help you find the very best options for your style, event, budget, etc.”
“these guys are very cool and their reasonable with the returns. I had a situation where my mother was Hurtt and I went to visit her long story short to stay put me out over my return. But the manager working there was kind enough to return the item, of course the item had tags and was never used and I’m sure they had all kinds of customers for the jacket, but the point is that was cool of them”

“A lovely and well curated little shop in Albany. Just steps from Solano Ave but easy to miss on a side street, this place is a delight. They have ceramics, incense, jewelry, perfumes, body wash, cards, small gifts. I think I saw granola, olive oil and a few cookbooks. They also have a good selection of gently used clothes, shoes, and bags. Kind people behind the counter. Just a wonderful place all round. I hope this store stays for a long time to come!”
“When I came across this store it was as if the clouds had parted to let the sun shine down on me. Yeah I’m exaggerating but it’s a cool store and the dude who runs it seems laxed. But when he asks you “how much do you think it’s worth?” I recommend quoting some outrageous price and wait for his counter offer. I mean it’s negotiating 101. But when you’re desperate for money, you’ll just be happy if somebody is willing to pay you anything. A mistake I shan’t make again. Yes I do recommend this spot for every hipster rocking a man purse and a cardigan and a SnapBack. Oh my god I just described myself. Bummer?”

“I came across the bows and arrows website when trying to find some stüssy shorts, they were 40% Off and when you include shipping were actually cheaper than buying them in the UK!
They arrived from California to England in 6 days, and I am so happy with what I have bought!
I haven't been to California yet but if I do I'll definitely visit!

“I went here at the last minute for a ceremony from my native country. I needed an addition to a dress I bought on Amazon and was stressed. The lady there was soooo sweet and accommodating. She dug everywhere to help me find something that could work and saved my life. This was a great place to go for folkloric and traditional clothing ???”
“I've visited this store many times. I bought a hoodie, a sweatshirt, a waterborne and a duffle bag. The prices are reasonable. You can buy clothing with logos and without. They've got makep, shoes and jewelery. Its a great one stop shop! The staff is friendly and helpful.”
