One of the worse experiences I have had at a pharmacy - let’s preface by saying I’m 9 months pregnant. Called automated service to refill my blood pressure medication (like I have many times before) on a Sunday, said it would be completed that day by 2 pm. I go in in Tuesday to pick up - when I finally get to the front of the line, which took 30 minutes, I was told the “automated system doesn’t work.” Excuse me??? That was then followed up with no one will be able to fill the rx today anyways. I begged and pleaded to just buy enough pills out of pocket to get me through the day until it can get filled. Absolutely no help, said they couldn’t do it. Very disturbing as a 9 month pregnant woman who needs her blood pressure medication. Thank goodness the CVS pharmacist on Appian was more understanding and helpful. Will not be going back to CVS target ever again, short staffed or not a little compassion goes along way.

This place refuses to deliver meds to my 98 year old mother and also refuses to let me pay in advance. So I have to find someone who lives in the area to go in and get the medications .,for years delivery was no problem. Now they have decided they wont do it even if I am willing to pay. This is borderline elder abuse. I am looking into what action Ai can take againstbthem.

It’s never fun to be sick, but when I need a prescription, I couldn’t think of a better place to get it filled. .The pharmacist at the CVS in the Target in Pinole is absolutely AWESOME. She’s smart, she listens, and takes time to explain everything and anything about any of the drugs prescribed. Even if you don’t live super nearby, I highly recommend switching to the CVS @Target in Pinole on Fitzgerald Dr to get all your prescriptions filled.

I went to the pharmacy and asked where I could find my over the counter medication and they were not busy and the lady told me where to look I went there and told her I could not find it and she just said try another place..she never came out to help...

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to! The pharmacists and the staff are really dedicated to helping you. I am there fairly regularly and they are just wonderful. Very knowledgeable and polite without fail. I encourage you to take your prescriptions to them.

We always have the best experience at this CVS from the pharmacy to the register. They are super friendly and laugh at all my dad's d*** jokes... An extra thank you to Shetal for always being so welcoming! I would recommend this CVS!

On the phone literally 54 minutes trying to talk to pharmacist. Had to hang up for another appointment. I will not shop at CVS again if I can avoid it.

The worst service I've ever had. I asked the, (middle eastern or indian), pharmacy technician a question about a product and she said, " we don't know anything about that", and then laughed, as if I had asked a funny question. It's not my fault if she is incompatant. I don't deserve to be laghed at for asking a question.

This is the worst CVS I ever have gone to. The manager is clueless and not customer friendly. If they could get a 1/2 star I would give to them. One clerk on particular argues with the customer. I was in this location yesterday and a customer was in the store without a mask. I pointed this out to the clerk and didn't tell him to leave and come back with a mask like the rest of us. They don't honor prices and will argue with you even after they check it on the shelf. They are the worse.

CVS wont deliver meds for my cat who needs them for a heart condition. Spent literally hours on the phone trying to arrange this. They'll deliver human meds but not meds for pets. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

My prescription order was handled extremely well. One of the drugs was out of stock and the technician offered to search other stores to get me what I needed. Very courteous and professional. Unlike the CVS at Walmart. They couldn't care less that I was in pain and badly needed the medication. I demanded my prescription back and left. Never going back.
