My experience started off feeling magical until the stylist arrived. She never once took my measurements and when asked what dresses I liked just brought them out and would leave. I would look around and see many guest and their stylist helping them out and really working with the other brides. I honestly don't even remember her name. When I would ask questions it was always a "you can look online." I felt like I was bothering her. She was never mean or rude, she was just nothing. The room we were supposed to be in wasn't ready so we had to wait a bit which cause the appointment time to be cut short so we were kind of rushed through it all. It took a very magical moment and made it to be a sad time. Also as a plus size bride all my options were very very limited. At least that's what she told me. Randomly she would come back and tell me she found something. Idk I checked out half way through.

After going to a few high end stores in the East Bay and the City, I came into David's Bridal on a Sunday and had the loveliest experience. Most places start pulling for you instead of letting you look first, and they did the opposite; I had 10-15 minutes to look through the dresses on the floor and choose whichever I liked to try on. Based on those, my consultant Emily and the manager Brianna brought over several more. They both paid attention to what I said I liked (not my experience elsewhere) and thought of other styles, but mostly they were so kind, so calming (nice when you're nervous), and so helpful. I found my dream dress (on sale, at 1/3 the price of the dresses I was looking at elsewhere) and am SO happy and grateful for their help. Thank you guys!!

I had a fantastic experience at David's Bridal in Pinole and would highly recommend it! The staff, including Sky, Cindy, and Zeny, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. From the moment I arrived for my wedding dress appointment, Sky was cheerful, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all my questions. Zeny, who handled my alterations, did an amazing job and made my dress look absolutely stunning. Her expertise was evident in how she approached the alterations. Cindy was wonderful in helping me choose my veil, offering multiple options and ensuring I had a delightful experience throughout.
Overall, I am immensely grateful to Sky, Cindy, and Zeny for making my wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. Thank you again to the entire team at David's Bridal in Pinole!
