My iPhone 12 pro max had been having some issues I was over looking but finally my screen went fully black with my phone on , still receiving calls and what not but just a black screen, I don't care for the phone too much given its a bit outdated but I FREAKED out since the information and memories in my phone were not backed up and are very important to me. I visited the shop since its the only shop in the area that could help me out after calling all phone repair shops on google and the owner Victor answered, I gave him the rundown on what happened and he quickly told me he could help! Within minutes of arriving and chatting with him about wanting to recover my information he had already got my charging port to work ! The same charging port that Apple had also cleaned weeks ago and could not get to work again... SO I knew I could trust him to help me get my information back! left my phone that afternoon and came back next day and he had already finished solving my problem! He was very professional, efficient and the price was super reasonable! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!”

“I kid you not, this was originally going to be a one-star review.
My phone died on a Tuesday night. I went to this location on Wednesday morning at 10:30am. The gentleman told it would take three - four business days to fix. Great. I didn't hear from anyone Saturday so I went in Monday morning. The gentleman informed me that not only had the parts not arrived but there was no tracking information in the system. I was upset for sure, but ok. He said he would find out what's going on and get back to me.
More days go by, and I haven't heard from anyone. At this point, it's been a week with no phone. I call on a Thursday (eight days after I dropped the phone off) and there is still no update. I inform them the next day (Friday) that I am not pleased with the service and that I will come pick up the phone later. I get there, and no one is there.
I got back the next day to retrieve my phone and was informed that the parts were out for delivery. The gentleman I'm speaking with this time is a bit more apologetic and expresses eagerness to keep the phone and fix it. He informs me that if he receives the parts that day, he will fix it AND deliver it to me by 6pm. I didn't hear from him until much later BUT, he did fix the phone and delivered it to me personally. And the phone was in better condition (he knows what he did, thanks dude) than it was prior to.
The delay sucked, big time. I was totally put off but what seemed to be a lack of interest initially (yes, I know you can't work without the parts but there should be something in your system that informs you hey, this phone is still here) but was very grateful but the fix and service at the end.”
