Starbucks double shots. If you want one you’re screwed because one is 6.45. Guess how much two is? 6.45. Guess who won’t tell you oh you can get another for free? The guy that was there yesterday morning. Frickin like ok maybe you didn’t know that’s how it was at all. But don’t tell me when I’m getting my drink and asking why it’s 6 and a half dollars…like the sign said 2 for 7. You would think one alone is maybe 4 right? Wrong! He just acted like “oh I don’t know man. I’m not in charge of the prices”. I don’t 100% mean to dictate like hey could you actually think for a second and be like hmm wait that is a large amount I wonder what the deal is
There is a word that begins with but in a way and ends with something you can fill that I would say about this guy but that’s as good as I’ll get on Google reviews.
Also gas was 5.75. Like geez
Only a 3-star because guy was friendly when I walked in. I’ll give him credit for that

Why isn't your gas pump lock up if you are not open @5:15am. If you are not open yet. Please don't let people use credit card at pump. Tried to get some gas here, nothing. So I had to drive to the Chevron few minutes away from here.

Definite Price gouging, rude attendant and manager. Pumps broken and super slow adding air to every dollar of gas. (Rate of pump flow a gallon per minute!) Notified attendant and called manager both of whom were rude and didnt care. After $66, 20 minutes of going back and forth to attendant with polite reports of pumps #4 and #8 being broken and adding air to gas, my tank which is usually full at $50 is only 80% full. They lure unwary drivers with "lowest price in Pinole" ad and then gouge them. Reported to Contra Costa Weights and Measures and State of CA. Will follow up with their investigation. This is neither the time to gouge people nor to be rude to them. Beyond my never trusting this station, I will ensure others are also informed.

At this time, the cash fuel prices are the cheapest in the area, and that is great! Today, the customer service was not great, and I'm reporting this here, because I cannot find any contact information for this station.The station was crowded, and drivers were maneuvering to get to a pump on the right side for their cars. When I finally got to a pump and went inside to pay for my gas, the clerk, Cristine, told me the pump wasn't working. I managed to get to another pump. Then, we had the following exchange:I mentioned to Cristine that there was no sign on the first pump to tell customers that it wasn't working. She said she didn't have a sign. I suggested she create a paper sign. She said she didn't have paper. I said that perhaps the owner could bring a sign. She said, "What is your problem?", and said customers can use other pumps. I told her that it was inconvenient for customers to find out after they were parked that a pump didn't work. She rebutted everything I said about signs and convenience. Finally, she said that someone was coming to fix the pump, but she didn't know when.Is it unreasonable to expect a business to warn customers that a pump isn't working before they park and go inside to pay? I have seen printed and hand-written signs at many stations for many years. Maybe it's just me, but I think Cristine could have been more considerate and less defensive.

It is legit. They have the lowest cash price in the area. Over 10 cents per gallon cheaper than Costco Richmond. Last week they Even went out of gas.

Really Rude CashierMake me wait 10 mins to get gas there were 2 cashier in the store they weren’t doing nothing. Stupid service at evening.
