No one can cut my hair like Athena. Pre-pandemic, and before I left the bay area, I loved being pampered by the ladies at Jovance. Now that I'm back in the area I love the new set up.

This is the very first salon I have ever walked into with a big smile & inviting feeling, when I asked a lot of questions, they answered everyone of my concerns & even brought me a cup of apple cider, I decided to give them a try. The team seemed very focused & worked well together & mainly supported each other, I was treated with very deep touch to scalp treatment with tinkling feeling w/ the lavender & peppermint scrub, then after the deep hair mask after 10 mins, someone else came & blow dried my hair & added hair products for shine, then they gave me the stylist that flat ironed & curled my hair, she wass very gentle & gave me exactly what I had asked for during my consultation, I recommend this spa to anyone looking for a home, I have been with Jovance now for over 10 years, they spoiled me & just can't get rid of me!!! They are the BEST, I guarantee you will be hooked just as I wass & am

Best salon ever. The new location is . Tracie has been doing my locs for years. She has what you call "growing hands". She practically helped the ladies in my family transition and/or maintain natural hair.

Professionalism, friendly, excellent services, cleanliness, and a beautiful ambiance, Mr Kelly my barber provides a top notch haircut. My hair is hard to cut, I know of only two barbers that can cut my hair. I give five stars.

Joke ! Who has time for a second trip to the salon and you can't get your hair done in one visit! I didn't know who I was speaking to but I don't recommend this place they lack professional customer service !! Below!!! Via text message she never wanted to acknowledge the salon or who I was speaking with ??? WHY ?? Okay so we would need to do an salon consultation first. During the consultation we would; -do a color patch test -discuss and look at haircuts -schedule a return date for your styling services -Determine cost if services and apply a $50 deposit toward styling day. The first dates I have available to be able to do a salon consultation and patch test are; Friday 1/6 at 4pm Saturday 1/7 at 5pm Depending on services I have the following dates for styling; after you have successful patch test result. - Wed 1/11 at 12:45pm It's just a hair cut not a science experiment! No Thank you !!

I really enjoy the services here. Independent businesses all under 1 roof...Amazing, such a good idea.I see my Chiropractor, POWW, and nails done at Luxury Nail bar, and hair or barbershop options as well. I love the clothing, and gift shop there as well. A must go see for yourself

The Salon makes you sign a release from Covid 19 liability. Not advisable. Shirelle Blanchard has a very nasty attitude. Her arrogance and cockiness with customers should be improved. She discusses her exit plan from Jovance during the appointments. Unprofessional.

I made this haircut appointment 3 weeks ago and was really looking forward to it. I sent Shirelle screenshots of the style I wanted when I made the appointment and when I got in the salon, she still asked what I wanted to do. I sent her the screenshots again and it's like a cute korean/japanese pixie cut. She just started sectioning my hair! I was waiting for her to shampoo/wet my hair because I am used to that service everytime I get a haircut-- but she didn't. She just started cutting! The way she cut my hair was soooooo chunky, you can see the lines! No finesse at all. She made this excuse that because my hair is dense and thick that's why it looks like that. Mind you, in my almost 10 years of getting pixie cuts, she's the only stylist that told me that kind of excuse. A lot of stylist did a good job making my hair look thinner, maybe she just don't know how to handle my hair type I guess? She should have told me beforehand then. She ended up butchering my hair and when I went home, I asked my brother (who is just naturally talented and self-taught barber) to fix it. My brother did a waaay better job. I didn't like my haircut. I know I should have told her when I was there but she has another client she is seeing while she does my haircut and I think my time was up. Will never go again in this salon.
