The young girl at the front desk appeared to be training another. Her attitude was horrible. She was extremely rude and refused to give me a break down on the price for a new sims card and to activate my phone. Her attitude was totally unacceptable. She should be reprimanded. I will never refer anyone to that store. I was kind to her the entire time. I am elderly and could not hear what she was saying. I informed her that I had tinnitus and I could not hear her over the music. She said, the music isn't loud and became more rude never giving me a receipt with the break down of my purchase. I did't ask her again. I knew I could contact my credit card company. Being retired law enforcement I felt sorry for persons of color coming into this store. She was extremely provoking and I knew it would be a problem for someone who will not accept her rude behavior.

Wednesday April 5th 5 o clock Hispanic lady was very rude.. came in for a screen protector... She said she didn't have any in stock and ignored me after.. being that I have an old phone and my screen protector is not in stock she didn't even try to up-sell me or upgrade. Then I tried to find something similar and she's getting upset because I'm looking around. just know we don't have it in stock go to best buy... Sorry but that's not good enough.. I pay my bill every month.. she should have a much friendlier attitude

Yolanda was great. I settled on a phone I liked, she began ringing me up when she notice that the price on the phone wasn’t the price in the pos. Not skipping a beat see made a call to her boss and got it taken care of. Great service.

I’m calling the store no answer. The phone doesn’t even ring very unprofessional horrible location. Employees don’t seem to care about customers. Do not waste your time going there !

I just called the store repeatedly.Only to get a cell phone that answered and says they have not paid the bill. It's MetroPCSAnd they have not paid their own bill. Wow. I just received an apology from the owner for being unprofessional. I phoned the store again and still the problem is the same. If you were sorry you would have corrected it. And if you were professional you would have done it before you apologized. Good luck to you you're going to need it.

Went there and needed help wanted a few specific features for buying a new phone .the girl was rude I asked what's phone do you suggest. I ended up getting a phone I hate again she didn't even finish setting the phone up.the phone is slow. She didn't ask me what plan I wanted I don't know when the bill is do.she should be fired.

I've been with Metro PCS since 1999 when they first launched. I been buying 2 new phones every 6 month. I am very picky also. I am a tech n*** as well. Today coming in this Metro PCS location I wanted to buy 2 new phones or they say upgrade. Asking the sell rep about the Motorola e6 vs the Motorola e5 plus I have and what's the difference he told me that the e6 is a upgrade of the e5 plus. Well I wanted to get another phone but, that wasn't it. I was planning to buy 2 New phones today but, the rep couldn't answer any of my questions and I didn't feel that he had a clue. Sorry this location lost my business so I m going to another location where or hopefully they are more knowledgeable and they have more variety of phones...
