Stacy was very personable and very informative. I came to make changes on my account and she gave me so much information and was even able to get my rent lowered as well as my mom’s rent. Our units aren’t even at this location and she helped us so much. Will definitely be coming back for her to help us when needed. Thank you so much for everything Stacy!!!

Had to call in for an account related problem I was having. I spoke to Stacy the manager who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took care of me throughout the process. Stacy followed up with me multiple times and provided some of the best service I've ever received. As a Manager myself that works directly with customers I was thoroughly satisfied and would recommend her and Public Storage in Pinole as a result.
