100 dollars for a refill and to get a new design waste of money not worth it at all they don’t treat you good either they only care about getting the job done and moving on to the next client

I had a great first-time experience at the nail salon. The staff were friendly and even offered me coffee. My nail artist, Lyn, was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She manually removed my old gel using foil and acetone, then gently buffed my nails instead of using a drill due to my nail sensitivity.I was indecisive about the nail art, but Lyn gave me a few helpful suggestions. The lady who did my pedicure (her name starts with "H") seemed new but was very nice, a good listener, and did a great job with my gel pedicure.Overall, the customer service was excellent. I will definitely come back for Lyn.

Fairly priced. Pedicure (regular polish) was fine and lasting as usual/typical. Overall the place was nice. Basic overall customer service. Gel manicure unfortunately didn't last a week.

I had the luxury of a pedicure date with my lovely wife and I have to say it , Serenity Nail Spa is one amazing spot. It gives the feeling of an old school nail salon but with a modern twist, you’re made to feel at home here. That’s what it’s all about. My wife frequently visits Serenity and she comes back with some of the coolest designs that I’m sure is well in the 3 digit range for nails. That’s where the modern twist comes in. Serenity thank you so much, I will surely be back in a few weeks to get the crustacean off of my feet again.

We’ve been here several times. I’ve never waited long for service. The quality is good and they are very nice. I don’t find them any pricier than anywhere else around here. I do recommend this shop to others.

My nail polish (gel) chipped just 24 hours after application. Inferior quality and service! After two days, all gel nail polish chipped off. I will not recommend this place.Services: Pedicure

Not a place I would recommend based on how they just want your money so they set the appointment and than when you arrive they make u wait for 20 to 30 mins before they state smh not good at all like people got other places to be and go but they are very unprofessional seriously!!!!!!!!’Service: Nail extensions

First off let me say I use to love this place back in for 2010 to 2015 I don’t know if it was just the younger girl that did my nails cause she don’t do a good job at all just got my nails done a week ago and one nail just popped off look down at my hand and it was gone I’m sorry I’m not paying no 65 70 for my nails to be popping off like that I’m good I won’t be goin back

I use to come faithfully back in 2016, the service is okay here but could be better. I had a few bad experiences with the male nail tech (Brian). I don't want to completely talk down on the business, because i use to enjoy coming here and i still do enjoy getting the basic pedis and manis , and most of the staff is friendly including the receptionist. It's a bit overpriced as well. So just keep that in mind.
