I'm a regular customer and shopper here all the time there is this vary nice young man super helpful and all way polite last week on Wednesday I came in to grab my usual items and there was a lady at the register he was assisting he was vary polite to the this lady an she just became Very irate she was saying call the police an proceed to walk behind the counter where the cashier was he Politely told her she couldn't behind the counter that's when she pulled out a knife and started making Threats talking about what are you going to do what are you going to do now if you have been in this gas station the register he was working on is right at the entrance to go behind the counter and he looked in fear for his life when she started walking towards him he then began to call for the manager who was in the office at the time this was taking place when she came out of the office and seen the lady behind the counter she told her you can't be behind the counter that's when the lady said an what are you going to do making treats sayin call the news call the news i know from a mothers point how she felt when she came out the office and seen this lady with a knife treating this young man and I commend the manager for stepping in and protecting this young man the lady then proceed to walk from behind the counter the manager went outside and the lady was walking out and the manager was getting ready to walk back when I heard this lady say to the manager I will stab you and what are you going to do I feel she handled the situation vary effectively and was talking to the lady telling she would pay for her cigarettes she sat an talked to her until the police arrived I'm glad that didn't turn out worser then it did if the manager had not stepped in I have been back since this incident I haven't seen the manager but the young man is still there I know he is probably is traumatized for the whole ordeal and I Command him for still having a positive attitude even after this situation I hope the manager is okay and is not in any trouble for her actions because she was simply protecting her employees and I would have did the same if it was me vary scary situation though

Worst management ever. Don’t use the car wash one of their machines fell down and landed on my car damaging it pretty bad. It’s been over a week and they have been giving me the run around regarding fixing it.

The lady employee yelled at my husband for no damn reason after he had already talked to a guy there (he was nice) about something she was not involved in. He said something to her and she had the damn audacity to say “DONT BE RUDE”. YOU’RE RUDE, yelling for no reason! Never again!

If you get a bad vacuum at night you cannot get your money back.They advertise a 20 cent per gallon discount if you use the carwash however the small print on the sign indicated that diesel is disqualified for the discount which is not fair and doesn't make any sense.I objected to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They would not even give me a number for the manager to call the next day. This station is a real dog. I do not recommend it. ⁴³I got a spam reply to my review above (see below). I have returned to the station only to see that NOTHING HAS CHANGED therefore, I am giving it a 1 Star rating and will never go back. Way to go Shell Customer Service. It appears you are unable to influence changes to bad facilities and services at this station. I hope my review discourages others from using this Shell. You could not even tell me why the .20 cent discount per gallon does not apply to diesel. Every other station that offers a discount allows it for diesel vehicles like mine too. Stupid response...

There is a gentleman who works there, I’m not sure where he is from but it feels like maybe Afghanistan, I’m not sure. But, please do not think this is a racially motivated complaint, it is not. I have a very racially mixed family.Anyway, every time I go there I a very pleasant and smile, wish him good greetings . I don’t know if he is just disrespectful to me because I am old, 70, and I get that a lot, but today I couldn’t take it anymore and told him he needed to stop being disrespectful to me and that I was tired of how mean he was. He got mad and argued with me and just saying yah, yah, yah. I asked for the managers name and he refused. I told him I can find out and I was going to report him, he said he didn’t care. I don’t like doing this. Should I?

The female cashier that works at night is very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. She yells at customers, including myself. I was having difficulty with my company gas card, so I was sitting in front of one of the pumps for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I was the only one at the gas station of 12 different pumps, but I was blocking, blocking who?! She should not be a gas attendant here. Female cashier is rude and doesn't seem to want to help customers and a lot of times does not allow customers to use their rewards. After arguing with one customer outside she told other customers they can shop somewhere else. She appeared to be so upset she took it out on other customers, who just wanted to get gas or purchase something out the store. Shows no unprofessionalism and unacceptable customer service. Cannot believe what I witnessed at this location. Customers were being refused service for no apparent reason. I would recommend that people visit a different location unless you are low on gas.

I was just there getting a car wash, I entered my code went inside like I always do and nothing then I went inside to get reissued a new code and the Filipino lady in there was rude asking me questions like it was my fault just reissue me a new code why all these questions like I broke something and talking to me like I never drove into shell car wash before??♂️ then she said I WAS WATCHING YOU, really NANAY ? then she finally gave me a new code then she said GO AHEAD I’LL BE WATCHING YOU,Tangina bruha….. I hate it when I get rude customer service

Probably The nicest cashier I’ve ever met. Good drink selection (energy), and had working tire air. Gas prices were pretty high though.

The card reader wasnt working so we went inside to pay. Rude employee basically scolded us for entering the store 20 minutes before closing time saying "no no no we're closed. It says it on the door." He points to a piece of paper on the door, which is facing INWARDS towards the store rather than outside so it can't be read from outside the store. He turned away a bunch of people trying to pay for gas inside the store. Either lock the door properly or close when the store is supposed to. jesus
