“RENZO THE ONLY ONE HOLDING THE BUILDING DOWN THIS MORNING. Is what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. Handled each customer of the many customers and multi-tasked to get everyone’s mind aligned. He dealt with each one at almost at the same time just to get everyone in his line of sight of order… He asked, He learned, He conquered that line Boy…. I see myself in this guy. And that’s what you call talent. In today’s day and age the people I have worked with, always late, always excuses, always something going wrong at work. RENZO deserves this PRAISE here.
