You might get a working one. You might not. If you can't put coins in you will be charged an automatic $10 using your debit. (10min timer. Mind you I only wanted 3-5min) One lane gets flooded so I suggest you go early. It didn't use to be like this years ago

Im sure they iver charged me. Shady character walking around everywhere. Its a dump. Functional, but a dump.

No frills, but everything i used worked, and I was able to tap to pay. My only complaint is they could use new brushes and hoses but they work.
