I had trouble converting eSim back to physical sim on Sunday, they helped me with it with ease. I was in and out within few minutes.

The best T-MOBILE experience I’ve had in years. Honestly the best experience that I’ve EVER had with T-Mobile.T-Mobile customer service sent me on a wild goose chase around the Bay Area. Thanks to the store manager Kevyn and the associate Cameron W. I was able to leave with exactly what I needed. I filed an insurance claim with TMobile that turned out to be a waste of time. 4 Uber rides and half a day later the team at this location was able to assist me when no one at other locations or at customer service would/could. I highly recommend this location. And the music was amazing lol. If I’m going to spend $400 that I hadn’t planned on spending at least I could do it while listening to Prince & Bon Jovi.

Had an issue with our internet. the connection was cutting off and on, I called and they asked me to bring the unit in.They installed a new card in it, and made sure it was working.It was successful.Everyone was very helpful.

Reading some negative reviews of the Pinole T-Mobile store, I was concerned especially going in to return 3 routers. [No one could figure out my problem getting wi-fi service, so they thought it was a faulty router. Three times! The computer and tv needed to be set to 2.4 G each. Perfect ever since.] After a 5-10 minute wait begun by a delightful man with green hair, Jannet began by getting me a chair, seeing my age. She was amazing. Jannet worked and worked for me, over an hour, calling, texting, doing anything to allow the returned routers to mail out from the store to save me from hassles. She stayed pleasant, positive, warm, supportive and very focused on helping me. Then she connected the cheap bluetooth chosen while she was working away. No sales pitch. No attitude. No patronization. All positive proactive helpfulness. I adore this store. If the store, and especially Jannet, were super helpful and supportive of an old woman, imagine how they'll help you.

Very unprofessional. Had my wife go in here to get a new SIM card for a line we had for our daughter. I was on the phone. He told her her name wasn’t on the account and he couldn’t speak to me over the phone to add her. My wife asked to speak to a manager and he said no and he can’t help us. He then turned to his fellow co workers and started telling the story and laughing all while my wife was in there embarrassed of his laughter of us. Very unprofessional. Never coming back to this t mobile. Go to el Cerrito promise it’s worth it.Honestly to get better service period I think I gotta switch carriers

My experience with the Hercules T mobile store went like this.I asked the staff what is the lowest rate or plan if I'm going to be overseas for an indefinite amount of time but would still like to keep my number active. I would not need data becuase I would be getting a local sim card. They told me to keep my plan as is. Fast forward a year later, I spoke to Richard (tmobile customer service) who was able to lower my rate by taking off the insurance on an old phone and bring it down the plan to a lower rate. I wasted approx. $500 because I was given the wrong info.
