David Smith at Trans Bay is the BEST! I hate everyone and I consequently never write reviews since, why bother. Here I am writing a review for this particular insurance agent and all the years of him always getting back to me with my stupid questions that he never laughs at but instead answers with sound information and goes above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you David you're a good guy in the movie of life.

I have had this insurance for years because it came with my mortgage. I should have shopped around. Whenever i call, no one answers. I have literally put in the extension number for every agent in the office today, and not a single one answered the phone. And i did it twice. Good thing i pay over 200 a month for this....
