My first time coming into this nail salon ! Excited to try this place out...noticed the walk in welcomed sign so I asked if it true do they take walk in she said yes. I told her what I wanted and she said actually come back tomorrow we are really busy mind you the parking lot is empty only 1 customer inside there are other technicians available and said "we are busy" come back tomorrow seems like they didn't want to attend me

Teeny tiny nail shop thats still standing even after the Bank of America , CVS, Pizza Hut have all closed in this strip mall. They are great for pedicures but need a bit of an update . Still hit my nails done in record time . Hope they stay in business longer. Plenty of parking and right off the freeway.

So disappointed and dissatisfied.This Friday went in for a gel manicure that supposed to last for a while and it's been two days and the nail color is chipped off.The cuticles look so dry and I'm thinking that they use oil and hand cream to hide the bad job!Stop working fast to get to the next client or stop being lazy!

My go to spot! I love the friendly atmosphere, relaxing music, and great service. I get a gel manicure and pedicure here often and they do such a great job. The place is super clean as well!

Just more of an update of the amazing work they've done on my nails. Perfect and always accommodating to what designs/colors/shapes I want! Shout out to Diane(gosh I hope I got her name right, she subbed in for Tony on a day he wasn't in and I needed them done) for my niners nails!

I scheduled an appointmentWith nail technician Linda, when I arrived for my appointment was told That someone else would be doing my nails it was a man Doing my pedicure had no clue what he was doing Got..Up and immediately left I refuse to give my money Up to such lousy service This is not a shop that you would want to patronize They are horrible ...Try going to Classy Nails in El Cerrito or somewhere else where you would be appreciated Waikiki Nails is not it.. Lousy lousy service..The head lady that sits at the first desk Horrible Manager DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$$$ GO ELSEWHERE

Visited pre covid and after...they have a walk ins welcome sign, so popped in. The lady asked what I needed and I told her mani & pedi. She gave me a basket to pick a color and I waited for 45 min with no updates as to how long it would take. I understand that walk ins have to wait but a time-frame would be good so I can make a decision to wait, make an appointment or come another time. Finally since no one had acknowledged me waiting for so long I just left.
