If you go to CVS first, you will rate this place 5 stars. Let's face it there are two competitors in this space. CVS relies on self check out to run the business and therefore hires the least qualified employees. Walgreens does it right and the girl that helped me today at the photo line was awesome, so quick and professional.

The pharmacy lines are long and slow; they seem terribly understaffed. The website will say that your order is ready for pick up, but it's not. Even after waiting in a long line, you have to wait AGAIN while they actually fill your order. Use another pharmacy if you can.

Do not come here. The pharmacy closes whenever they are short staffed which apparently is every other day. I’ve had to fight to get my daughters medication at 4pm, 2 hours before they’re supposed to close, because if “staffing issues”. I was just turned away from getting my flu medication again even though I was here 2 1/2 hours before closing. They don’t have it together and it’s the customers who have to suffer as a result. They need a major management overhaul or to start using robots instead of short staffed, unreliable pharmacist. Reviews don’t lie in this case?

I took my Covid booster there. Had to wait for one hour for a 10 seconds vaccine. Now they did not transfer the data to Kaiser and I am going on a trip which require to see the booster for the visa. Have been on the phone waiting for one hour..... I hpe it is not 3 like someone else wrote. Terrible !

The pharmacy at this location is the worst! I waited 30 mins in line and they only had one of my meds, said the other was in process but would be available in another 30 mins. I told the lady I would come back later that afternoon. Showed up later, waited in line for 45 mins only to find out they were actually out of stock of that med! The sad part is this has happened more than once, I am officially done with this pharmacy!

Please do not go here to fill or refill your prescription. One of the techs deleted my prescription and I have to jump through hoops just to get it filled now. It's the worst pharmacy and they are not helpful at all. They are passive aggressive and fail to provide adequate support to their customers who are in vital need of their prescription

Used to be a decent pharmacy location. Something happened over the last couple months. Maybe staffing issues. They never pick up the phone. I had a prescription stuck in their system while they were closed for 2 straight weeks. The hours change often.

This pharmacy is horriblfe, especially if you are disabled. I'm almost completely blind and went in for a vaccine appointment. I filled out the online form and brought it in with me. It's almost an hour after my appointment time and they have been taking people with no appointment who came in after me because Ihey wanted me to fill out the same form here. I guess the one online doesn't have a barcode. Even after I told them I can't read the form they argued and refused to help me. Finally after sending me to wait and then calling me back up multiple times to argue about the form, they took the two minutes to copy what I had on the other form and have me sign it. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful to a blind customer.
