The neighborhood drugstore that I'm thankful to still have around for when you only need an item or two - hair product, medicine, a pre workout drink, etc. I've also been able to call and check if they have something in stock before I come. The last instance, Janet offered to put something aside for me because it was the last one on the shelf :)

I'm writing this review concerning the cashier Rebecca, as many times I have gone to Walgreens no one has been as welcoming and as sweet as Rebecca. She was so helpful on telling me where everything was Her customer service was awesome. They should hire more people like her personality. I hope her manager see this and lets her know what a great job she doing.

This Walgreens review is directed towards their Pharmacy! It's frustrating when one just wants to pickup a prescription thru the Drive-Thru!!! But it sure is certainly a drive-thru because you need to keep driving since it is ALWAYS CLOSED!!! Especially during their posted operating hours!!!! 3 times I have stopped by to utilize the Drive-Thru to no avail!!! No parking either so that is also a negative mark against them!!! Definitely inconvenient and frustrating!!! This Pharma-sí is a Pharma-NO!!!

Wow, on the phone for 54 minutes before they picked up and said hold. Then nothing for another 10 minutes. I guess when one of the grocery stores eliminated their pharmacy all the customers were sent here. Don't bother, find another pharmacy. The staff has no knowledge and can't answer simple questions. They are slow and are poor at communicating wait times, if they even have the drug-many times they don't and you won't know until you call wait for an hour for them to say "sorry no we don't have that". Seriously go somewhere else, what an incredible waste of time

If you go to CVS first, you will rate this place 5 stars. Let's face it there are two competitors in this space. CVS relies on self check out to run the business and therefore hires the least qualified employees. Walgreens does it right and the girl that helped me today at the photo line was awesome, so quick and professional.

This pharmacy is horriblfe, especially if you are disabled. I'm almost completely blind and went in for a vaccine appointment. I filled out the online form and brought it in with me. It's almost an hour after my appointment time and they have been taking people with no appointment who came in after me because Ihey wanted me to fill out the same form here. I guess the one online doesn't have a barcode. Even after I told them I can't read the form they argued and refused to help me. Finally after sending me to wait and then calling me back up multiple times to argue about the form, they took the two minutes to copy what I had on the other form and have me sign it. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful to a blind customer.

Honestly I’m disappointed I have mental health issues and I’m on medication. To all the locations I’ve been I never had a single problems. It’s a Saturday 4:40pm went to just DROP off a prescription (meaning that I know if they are about to close they are not going to get my meds ready today) the girl goes and does literally nothing to help after saying 2x they are closing soon (@ 6pm lol) she puts 0 effort in helping me getting my meds at least ready for the next day or so.
My question is how can someone hire someone so indolent to work at the PHARMACY??? Like is she even in the right job if the main requirement they have she is not willing to do.
