Wells Fargo Bank does not value their customer's time by closing multiple banks on Saturdays causing long lines. This is a quote written on their wall by their founder Henry Wells that says: "We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: COURTESY" He is rolling over in his grave seeing his customers waiting over 30 minutes outside in the rain to make a simple deposit.

Terrible customer service. Teller kept cutting me off whenever I had a question. She had her manager come over to help her and when I asked what the problem was ( they were not being communicative with me) she started shaking and pretty much shut me up as well, lol.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. The office manager here is Victor Mercado, and although this review is not for him specifically, it is regarding his weekend staff. As a former banking manager and Wells Fargo client for over 15 years, I waited over an hour (along with other clients) for service to OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT, which many bankers are there to do to provide SALES & SERVICE. The bankers obviously wanted to leave for the weekend off because once 12pm hit, the said to u "who said you'd get helped today?" As if we weren't sitting there for OVER AN HOUR. Definitely going to try to take this to corporate. Pls get bankers who actually care about having a job! Terrible service

Horrible experience. Very understaffed, very rude management, very long lines. Inappropriate employees, I may speak Russian, but I can tell when the workers are hitting on my boyfriend. Management just laughed when I told them I wasn't comfortable with it. AVOID!

I find it hard to believe that one of the largest banks can not afford to hire more than one teller. Don't come here if you value you're time because they sure don't.

Slowest bank I've ever been to. They had 2 tellers at 4pm. I was in a hurry and waited for a banker, because I had to change my pin. Then was told, by the manager, that I needed to stand in the teller line! The manager had a bag of food in his hand so I think he was anxious to go eat lunch. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Some of your reviews do not seem to be focused specifically on this location, but on Wells Fargo as a whole. Please grow a brain (I know it may be hard for a lot of you, but trust me... it ain't impossible) and keep your reviews for the LOCATION, not the organization as a whole.

Wells Fargo Bank has an ATM inside that can withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. You don't need to go to the teller to ask for $1s, $5s, and $20s. The line on Saturday is out the door where the ATM are at. Hope people know you can just go inside straight to the ATM that withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s.With Panera Bread being next door it is a must to get cash at Wells Fargo. I eat at Panera Bread way too much and withdrawing cash at Wells Fargo.There is no complaints about Wells Fargo. People need to know to just go straight to the ATM instead of waiting in line.

Always a line, they can see a line forming out the door and no effort to address it. It will be only one teller working when there are 3 people laughing in back…please work on this

I deposited a check from a STATE agency, AFTER I was on the phone with an agent all the way up until I parked at the bank. The Wells Fargo representative on the telephone ASSURED me what would be available that day and then when the remainder of funds would be available. I felt confident enough to deposit the check into my account, knowing that my funds would be available the next day. I went back to work, got online and started paying bills like a mad woman, knowing that this money would be available the next morning, But OH on this morning the funds were not there! I called the bank at 0530, and they said I need to contact the issuer of the check. I did just that and the check was good and ready to deposit. I called the bank back, they said even though they will try to process it before then, and even if they get the funds before then, that the funds STILL will not be released until the hold release date. I am very upset about this. And each representative I talked to was really non chalant about it. Even after I told them that it's going to be a full basketball championship game with checks bouncing everywhere!
