It's always nice to learn that a business or professional practice is doing well... This one is apparently doing so well that they can simply ignore requests for information from potentially new clients... We received an advertising flyer in the mail over the weekend... It looked attractive... We are reasonably new to where we live which is not far from this practice... So, I called to get some more information, particularly whether they accept our dental insurance... That call was at 1:30 this afternoon... The lady who answered said that the person who specializes in insurance questions was to lunch and would call back about 2:05... Precise answer... Good office structure... Specialist in insurance... Lunch time is certainly deserved... At 2:45 PM, I called back since they had not... "She's been on the phone continuously since she got back from lunch... You are next on her calls..." OK... I can handle that... It is now almost 5 PM... No call back until I asked them to check Yelp for this review... Please tell me why I would expect them to honor an appointment time any more than they will honor a call back time... If they had said that the person returns calls at the end of the work day, fine... I understand... If they said that they are so busy that it will be tomorrow morning, fine... I understand... But to offer not just a time, but a very precise time -- similar to an appointment -- and then not honor it is not acceptable... They should have saved the money they spent on those flyers...
