This is a nice, small Inn in the middle of Downtown Pismo Beach. It is walking distance from the beach and all of the downtown activities. I stayed in a room with a King bed. It was spacious, very clean and had a coffee maker,microwave and mini fridge. The Innkeeper was very kindly and accommodating.

Location is perfect: 5 mins walk to beach and pier, restaurants in short walking distance.
Free parking - always found a spot, very close ro room.
Our oom was cozy and absolutely clean, bathroom as well. It was perfectly prepared, we found anything we needed including tee and coffee. The weather was chilly, good that the room heater worked perfectly.
Our host, John, cared for us like a mother. He kept asking if he can do us a favor, he gave good recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants, he even knew every golf course in the area.
Whenever we'll come back to Pismo Beach we will stay here again - highly recommendable.

This is not some cheap beach town motel. The price is incredible for the quality you get here. The bed is incredibly comfortable and better than a 5 star hotel. The furniture looks like a very cute and quaint bed and breakfast. They even have a small fireplace electric/gas heater that is adorable. Bathroom is super clean and modern. The staff that was working was also super friendly and very helpful in our stay here. I would give this place 5 stars accross the board. Their ice machine and water fountain is also a major win to help for us dehydrated individuals who drink water like a fish.

Wow I just Love this Inn A Block from the Beach, I Love Room 7 Or 5, it got a Big King Size Bed and a small Kitchen that has all the Comfort of Home I open the Window and I can Hear the Beach, Two of most Favorite Restaurants you can walk Hoagies's and Splash Clam Chowder both have a great Choice of Food and Atmosphere. There is much you can do that in Walking Distance Bowling or Pool Tables for Breakfast I go to Cool Cats or Brad Restaurant, just one Block away. Less than 5 miles you have the Outlet Mall. Monarch butterflies.. Movie theater. Driving on the Beach or Rental of Four Wheeler's, and sand rails, there is Wine Tasting. And Downtown San Luis Obispo has Shopping Thursdays Night Farmers Market Parking doses Cost Restaurant are Plenty. Visit Avila Beach. And San Luis Obispo Pier fishing buying fresh Seafood Caught Locally and then Return to the Comfort of Home your Room and enjoy the Fireplace and all the King Size Bed you will want to Sleep in.

For being so close to the Beach you would never know, it is Quite & Well Maintained. I stay in Room 7 I am in Love with the Room the is so comfortable and you can open the window all the way. I Love that the night Life is at my Fingertips I can walk less then a Block to Harry’s Night Club, as well at Splash Clam Chowder Restaurant, Cool Cats Restaurant and my favorite Hoagie Restaurant in right across the street, the Beach and Pier plus the Playground on the Beach is a 3 minute walk. I know you can’t believe all I can say is come Sunday through Thursday and the Rooms are a lot Cheaper. Because of the off Season I come here at Least 7-10 times a year arriving Sunday Afternoon or Friday morning. The Rooms speak for themselves. It is a Five Star for a Reason spend a couple of Nights and you will see for yourself. Enjoy your Stay it has free Parking so need to Drive. You will Feel at Home. But better. ♥️??

So close to all the action and beach! Rooms feels like home and clean. Parking is a little tight if you have a big car but theres plenty of free parking next door. The lady at registration Grace is very sweet. She is sarcastically hilarious too!!! Love her humor. We talked as if we felt like we knew each other for a long time. Never had that experience with someone before. Shes a gem! Will stay here again because of location and Grace!!!!

This place is so homey and close to the beach. They have a k machine, cups, utensils, microwave, a little table with chairs, and so many other things. There's also a lot of restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance. The staff member was super sweet and personable. Would totally come back here again.

Beachcomer Inn is a super clean place to stay. Everything was great! Located right in the middle of Downtown Pismo Beach. It's walking distance to the pier and much more.

The best place to stay in Pismo. The owner is the absolute sweetest gal. Love staying here anytime i'm in town. She never fails to ensure that my stay here is comfortable and is worth while.
