Last week my daughter got her ears pierced here for the first time. I believe the lady’s name was Sophie (sorry if that’s incorrect) and she was amazing. She was so patient and made my daughter, who was very nervous, so comfortable. Not to mention she was running the store all by herself, got a delivery in, and pierced another girls ears right before my daughter. Sophie is such a sweetheart. ?

My niece had a piercing in the store. We made an appointment, they were pretty busy! Everything turned out great. Got some pretty silver earrings too!

Dany (Dani?) Sorry idk how to spell her name. She was amazing. Working hard and customer service was beautiful. She was informative and kind and really nice. I'll be going back to try and get more things while she is there ☺️

Some of the stuff at Claire's is just completely junk. I like Claire's because the have cute stuff and fun lip glosses. The price is a little high though. For example a pack of press on nails is 12 dollars . #MyMoneyGonnaFlyAway. The service is good though the lady at the counter told us about all the discounts and deals. #BuyIt. I love looking at all the press on nails #PressItGirl. I even found Fruit Loop nails. What I don't like it the almost everything has pink on it #TooGirly. I still love Claire's though and I hope you go there soon

Walked In with no appointment got my daughters cartilage pierced, the lady was very nice… I just showed my id filled out a couple consent forms and we were good to go..

Careful with pricing on piercings. I was told one price by the girl who pierced my ears and it was double that when I went to pay. Make sure to double check what the price is BEFORE they do it. Really uncomfortable to have to pay double after the fact. Thankfully, the manager only charged me said price and not the double price.

Nice employees and clean environment! We live in the area and went during a non-busy time though- I have definitely seen it very messy looking during their busy times, but overall a very clean store, good inventory, and nice employees.
