I had an absolutely terrible experience with Coach repairs over the phone. As a last ditch effort to resolve my problem, I went to the Coach Outlet in Pismo Beach. I should have just gone straight to them. Michelle, the store manager, was amazing. She heard my problem, came up with a solution and made it happen. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Because of her I will recommend the Pismo Beach Coach Outlet to everyone I talk to.

Jessica is the reason I will only be getting my bags from coach outlet, she is an amazing sales representative, so personable and I was able to get the bag I wanted. 10/10 service, that girl needs a promotion

Horrible experience. Was excited to check out the Valentines collection this year. I first had a return to make. A lady was in front of me and she was speaking English to the cashier. Me and my mom were having a conversation in Spanish while we waited in line. Once it was our turn, the cashier was very rude and her attitude changed. This has never happened to me before at Coach store. The associates are always very nice. But this interaction made me walkout without continuing with my purchase of the Valentines collection.

We all love the sale going on some product were on clearance for 70% off and on top of that an extra 20% great deal and all other were also extra 20% great deal there was 4 of us shopping. And we all bought something ?

If I could give zero starts I would. They are completely racist. They didn't greet or help me and an African American family but whenever white people would come in they would greet them and ask if they needed help. I observed their behavior and never once did they ask me or the African American family for help. And yet i overheard the manager tell the ladies 'good job covering the floor and helping customers ' I laughed and told her that no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. They lost business today because I was in search for birthday gifts and early Christmas gifts. And I will never return to the coach outlet again! I will now only go to real coach stores where they treat customers well. But will probably never return to any again.

Not the best service for a repeat customer. When asking for a manager, all heads of four employees promptly turned and said, "we are all managers" hmmm. Really??? Okay. Cool. Thanks for the help ladies. Have a good day.

Clean and sleek shopping environment. Large selection and great prices. Kate Spade 4 doors away.My wife shopped both stores, tried multiple styles from both stores, ultimately she found her next purse at Kate Spade.

This place was so cool, great prices for the high end things that are at this Coach! I didn't feel like I was pressured into buying anything! My wife bought me a nice wallet and dress shoes for work.. saved nearly $350 which was so great!

If you are a coach customer this store offers some great Merchandise at a great price....the service is top notch but the most important reason to like the store is your wife will be so happy !

I was there last night. 10 minutes before they closed. They close at 7pm. I rushed in there grabbed my item and went straight to the register. It was the day before Thanksgiving and as much as my heart wanted to look around, I was considerate of the staff. I stood at the register waiting to be acknowledged to check out. In the meantime two ladies were behind the counter, were doing their closing duties, they both saw me and they continued working. A few minutes after the onky one behind the counter was an older lady. Finally she said, " are you ready?" She already seemed annoyed. I responded, "yes". Then she asked the younger girl to check me out. I had my card ready in hand at checkout. While the transaction was going through I kindly asked if she could wrap it, as it was a gift for someone, wrapping consists of a cardboard box and tissue for the bag. It would take less than 30 seconds. The cashier said, I can't I'm need to clock out. She gave me box and tissue in a bag. She looked over to the older woman, and asked her If she could wrap it. The other lady looked digusted and responded I don't have time. I didn't say anything and looked at her, she stared me down. I said this isn't good service. She said, well you got a box and tissue paper, with a smirk on her face. I told her the time it takes her to stand there and stare at me, you could have kindly wrapped it. If it's not a service provided, not sure at this point but, just how I was treated and spoken to was not expected. I asked her for her name, she said Mila, as she jerked her neck at me . I told her as I walked away, thank you for your poor service. Here I was being considerate of the time and ran in there grabbed my item and from the moment I stepped up to the counter I was ignored. I stood there as the staff walked back and forth past me and no one saud anything to me. Atleast, and I'll be right with you, would be nice. When I finally got acknowledged, The older lady blurted from underneath her breath, " are you ready?" She was already annoyed with me. I hope the store has cameras and they use this footage to train their staff on how NOT to treat a customer. I walked out of there at 6:57pm. If this job dosen't suit you Mila find another one. You made it an awful experience. Your staff could also use another choice of words other than I have to clock out. Suggestions from a unhappy customer. 1. If placing an item in a box with tissue is not a service, let the customer know. 2. smile when helping a customer 3. If your busy, acknowledge them don't let them just stand there. 4. If you need to clock out, then 30 seconds extra won't break the bank. 5. Mila, never tell a customer you have a box and tissue what more do you want. Yikes!!!!! I'm sharing a picture of my venmo Transaction at Coach. The transaction posted on my Venmo account as I sat in the car at 6:58pm. They close at 7pm. F.Y.I. Don't be rude or mean to your last minute shoppers. Be thankful everyone's business. Your customers pay your paycheck. I've purchase items there frequently, I've never had this horrible service before. Usually this store has friendly staff. This was my first enclunter with Mila and the cashier that checked me out.

I was excited to find a Coach outlet and was NOT disappointed by this store. The employees were friendly and helpful even though the power went out and the store had to be closed for the evening. They allowed me to continue my shopping while they figured out a game plan to close up, and they held my selected items until the next day when they could ring me up after regaining power. They also helped me get signed up for insider deals which have me additional savings for my birthday month. I took home some very lovely souvenirs that I'll use daily.I highly recommend this location for anyone searching for a beautiful gift for themselves or someone else. They've got a great selection of bags, purses, wallets, wristlets, keychains, backpacks, belts, jewelry, clothing etc.

We were visiting here at pismo beach, decided to kill some time before checking into our hotel and why not get our Xmas shopping out the way. So we stopped here and these 2 ladies who work here. Cashier named destiny, very sweet and very helpful. My husband bought a really nice purse for me and destiny had offered to help pick a wallet out since husband was not sure which wallet to pick. She picked a wallet n brought it back to him to show. Also a lady named Stephanie who was very helpful had saw that we were carrying 2 boxes of vans shoes without any bags as vans did not provide us with any shipping bags. She gave us a bag for us to carry our shoes in as she felt bad for us. Omg, super sweet of her to do this and mind u, she is from coach store. Yes, if we are back in town will be coming back to her!!! Give yall 10x stars
