I entered the store hearing the useless self-checkout machine scolding a woman for something that was probably not her fault. She was looking for someone to help her resolve the issue. I spent ten minutes locating and selecting the TSA compliant shaving gel I needed. I went to pay for my less than ten dollar item and found the woman still waiting for a CVS staff member to attend to the problem with the unreliable and problematic machine along with a 2 more people waiting in line. The only staff I could see was someone in photo and the people in the pharmacy. No one appeared to intend to help the paying customers. I threw my selection on the counter next to the useless self-checkout machine and left. CVS is now my store of very, very last resort.

I went in to fill a prescription immediately after leaving the doctors across the parking lot. It was a day after News Year Day and they were very busy. It took about 45 minutes. Considering how long it took for the doctors office to send the prescription and then to get the insurance approval. Add to it the time to fill the prescription on a busy day, I was very happy. Considering the line at the pharmacy all the employees were very kind and helpful.

I have received inconsistent information from the pharmacy, and when I called to ask the front staff if they were doing passport photos the next day, they simply told me "we don't know". Always a long wait, always smells strange/bad.

Made appointments for my wife and I to get Covid Vaccines this evening. Took me a half hour to make these appointments. Showed up to find out they ran out today because they gave ours to someone else. What the hell? Then she is rude about the reasons. No excuse! Don't give appointments if you can't reserve the product! COMPRENDE? Or do I need to say it in a language you might understand?

The cashier Camilla was so sweet. I watched her help an elderly gentleman in front of me. Before he checked out she asked him if he had any coupons then aided him in finding them. She was so sweet and so patient and saved him money. I was impressed with her.

Good Service, but around 2 years a prutrid fecal like stench started incubating and getting worse and worse and nothing has been done about it.

They are getting new and nicer cashiers here. Today, there was a tall young woman (Camille?) with purple hair that was cheerful, helpful and seems genuinely nice. I'm so glad to see a nice person for once that doesn't seem to be a grim reaper. Their system keeps slowing things down but she was kind and took care to try to get my discounts to ring up by trying all my different phone numbers until it finally made the prices lower. I cannot stand all these details just to get a decent price. I like this CVS better than the one on Grand because the Grand Avenue one has so much filth on the sidewalks and overflowing trash cans and creepy bums out front. I changed my prescriptions to this location and so far, it is better in this CVS than the Grand Avenue one.

I wish CVS provided the service of bubble wrapping their medications for people who live in Assisted Living facilities. This service is greatly needed in this area. My mom's insurance has CVS Pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy. That means that the medication would be free to my mother. My mom pays for a supplemental. So now we are stuck with a pharmacy who charges. That really sucks for those who are in need.

I'm not surprised this CVS only has a 2 star rating. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful or knowledgeable, the store constantly looks in disarray and it is filthy. Expired items sit on their shelves. Where is CVs Corporate??? A lot of items are CONSTANTLY out of stock. The assistant manager and cashier don't even know the stores promotions when I asked, the assistant manager (Michelle) was rude and interrupted every other word when I inquired about a in store promo that was advertised. The cashier stated that "corporate sends promotions and never explains them to the store staff". LOL OMG! I will transfer all of my RX's to a pharmacy that appreciates my business and take my business elsewhere. you get five thumbs down CVS on Fair Oaks

Wait times are way to long on the phone, then you finally get a person and they cannot give you the price of the medication they won't fill without other documents and of course it's a Saturday !
