Every time I call the store to ask about a product, the phone rings and rings and rings. I have to call back at least twice in order to get a hold of the store.

I went to this store recently and while there nobody asked if I needed any help, was looking around for somebody, asked one worker about something and it seemed liked I was disturbing him from his stock shelving, store was pretty dead, being run by a skeleton crew I guess. I will just stick to the other hardware stores in the area.
