“We were greeted upon entering the store and immediately assisted with finding what we were looking for. Several times during our visit we were asked if we were finding everything we needed. The store is well staffed and all seemed really friendly. Great selection of toys and treats and the prices are reasonable.”

They're very helpful as the selection in the stores pretty big. I love walking around and looking for a good value. The only problem is every time I go in there I usually leave with something. :-))”

“Accommodating staff always get the service I need, and the exchange policy here is no joke. My dog refused to eat the snakes I purchased, and they said if she didn't like them, bring them back. They credited me back, and I got a new snack without questions. They always have great deals and overall great places for your 4-legged friend”
“Bubba and I had so much fun checking out this store. He loved the variety of smells, treats and toys and was wagging his tail more than usual! The employees are so kind and gave my dog space to sniff around and also gave him some treats that he loved very much! I appreciate all of the alternative treats here to the normal toxic treats we usually have to watch out for. I like that I can trust that whatever I pick up in the store will be good for my dog. We will be visiting every time we drive by. Thank you for creating a wonderful place for both my dog and me to shop!”

“For delivery drivers with semi truck don’t take exit 182. Other wise you have to make a elbow turn to enter in fecilty very hard.If you come through another side that route is good.you can enter straight into fecilty.Fast unloading and paper work.Enough space for parking and backup.Thanks”
“Life saver! #1 the micro pinkies arrived very frozen all the way from CA to OK. #2 my daughter's 2.5 month old corn snake needed tiny pinkies, it wouldn't eat a pinky from the stores near us. First attempt with the micro pinky, the snake gobbled it up!”
“I had recently contacted Zoo med and spoke to Meredith Elrich regarding replacement probes for the environmental control unit. I explained that my cat ate the temp probe and that I wanted to purchase a probe. She said not to worry, there would be no charge. She then sent me a package containing all of the probes.Then soon after that I was having problems with the remote not being able to be silenced when an alarm activated. We went through some troubleshooting and found the remote to be defective and again sent me a replacement remote absolutely free.This is what the definition of a company that stands by their product and takes care of its customers.This was an amazing experience and I will be a zoo med customer for life.”

The entire staff was welcoming, kind & professional. Trusting someone with your beloved pet difficult.
