“I started on the Conversio program in November of 2024. I am happy to report that the results have all been positive. My breathing has improved, my phlegm has thinned and reduced, and my coughing has completely stopped.
I was diagnosed with COPD, emphysema, in 2011. Had been using inhalers, with little success.
The followup program with Conversio is amazing. Everyone is so caring and willing to listen.

“The team at this particular CVS pharmacy (717 Marsh St in SLO) is very special. On several occasions since we moved here 3 years ago, they (Kim, Angelica, Deb) have gone out of their way to ensure that my son with extraordinary needs ALWAYS gets his medications. His life depends on these medications so it's important to understand how much this means. There are times when there are hiccups with authorizations at the physician office or the insurance company but the staff at this location ALWAYS goes out of their way to make sure we get what we need. That is not required of them. The target cvs left us out in the cold without a care as well as the cvs on broad street. I've watched the staff here interact with the customers and they are always joyous and kind. I'm todays world, we need more of that.”

“I needed a digital photo to renew my passport online.
CVS Pismo Beach opens at 7 AM on Sunday OCT 5 2025, and my phone inquiry was pleasantly answered by an associate.
I arrived at the store's Photo Studio around 9AM as advised, and was promptly helped by store associate Monty.
Monty took time to retake the photos to be sure that they meet the government requirements. Then he had to clear the jam on a printer used to print the photos. I was impressed with how he handled a relatively complex task professionally and efficiently.
I had my photos (digital + 2 printed) within an hour.
I am thankful to these excellent Pismo Beach CVS associates!!”
