Indifferent, you feel like you are just another number on the conveyor belt. Lacks in customer service, the front desk staff needs to have more personality and act like they care.

i saw the nurse practitioner this morning. Found the office staff to be very professional and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was efficient, knowledgable and happy to answer my questions.
