Huh? More double talk to try and explain your shady business practices. All we did was remove the product from the box and place it in the water source as directed. It never worked. Maybe you ran it without water too long in the multiple "tests" you speak of. Whatever. Apparently the customer is never right in your business. I have been made aware recently of many locals that refuse to patronize your business due to similar experiences. Best of luck.

DO NOT GO HERE. The owner has extremely poor customer service. We purchased $300 fountain here as a gift for my mother that does not work. The owner told us we broke it and it is our "issue" that the fountain doesn't work. Do not go here if you are purchasing anything that potentially might not work!!! You won't be able to get a new one!!!! We want to buy local but this made is regret it. Shame on Pismo Bob's.

Posted hours were 9:30am. There was a cheeky sign that said if they weren't there to chill out and wait 20 minutes. Waited 30, they never opened so we left.

This place is utterly STUNNING! Even if you’re not here to buy anything, it’s wonderful to just walk around her and admire the beautiful plants and artwork! ??? ???????

The owner and his son gave me such excellent advise and service. Showed me exactly what product I needed for my jobs. They even loaded the car for me. You don't often find that level of customer service. I love browsing through the store as they have such unique gifts and garden items in addition to the hardware necessities. Thank you Bob and Matthew for your kindness!

I have to write this: I like this place, but this review is less about this place than responding to the people who insist on taking Muffy, Fluffy, Poopsy, Droopsy, Dripplsy and Floppsy everywhere. I am a dog person. I grew up with Great Danes and spent most of my high school years working for dog kennels and dog breeders. BUT. I am sick and tired of going to stores and having to deal with someone's untrained, out of control mutt and irresponsible owners who can't leave the d*** thing at home. Not everyone thinks it's "cute" or wants it's panting, licking, getting under everyone's feet thing in a store. I'm there to shop, leisurely and without having to hear your barky whiny Woofsies the whole time. Get over it! Have some consideration for other humans for once and leave the four legged interference at home!

I have been coming here for a few years now. The items are less and less unique. Same with the plants. Kinda bummed to see the changes.

6/15/2021Just came here for the first time after moving to Pismo. After entering theout side area to purchase a fountain I was approached by an employee and asked to carry my dog while shopping... My dog is a 14 lb service animal with a service vest on!!! Needless to say I left. I called them from the parking lot to let them know and they were dumbfounded! Never ever will I step foot in there again. Management train your employees on service animals.

DO NOT support this discriminatory business! We were looking forward to visiting this place since we have passed by on several occasions and are always looking to add to our garden and plant collections. Upon entrance, we saw some nice waterfall features that we have not seen anywhere else, this definitely reeled us in. As we were looking at the different waterfall features, we were approached by a tall male employee and he said that they do not allow pets in the store. I was baffled as I did not see any signage at the entrance as we would check before we enter. I was so shocked and appalled as I turned to leave, and as I was walking out I spotted a sign on a statue (not an official spot for store policy signage per say) that states "...we love pets too, but...all pets must be carried in the nursery. *Registered service animal are welcome on ground." I immediately shook my head as this is completely and apparently discriminatory. This handwritten policy was not relayed to us by the male employee; he could have stated the correct policy rather than saying that they do not allow pets at all. I surveyed the vicinity for him but could not find him to question further about their handwritten policy posted on the statue. We immediately left as this is a type of business we would not support. We understand that businesses have policies, and we will gladly abide. However, employees should know the policies so they can convey the correct information to customers. We would have gladly carried our fur baby throughout the store, if we had seen the handwritten policy and were correctly informed of the handwritten policy by the employee. Sad to see businesses closing, during and not during the pandemic, but places like these will not get my hard earned money. Completely discriminatory! We really feel that it was more than having a pet in the store, since the handwritten policy was not what we were informed. I will surely inform my furry friends that they are not welcomed here! There wlenty of other businesses in the area that are happy to accommodate loyal customers.
