Sometimes there can be a line if staff are busy with Passport appointments; I usually come back in the afternoon on those days, because there is usually no wait. People who say it is hardly ever open must be trying during the lunch hour - the Oceano Post Office is closed from 12:30 - 1:30; otherwise I have never seen them closed during M-F business hours. And my Mother-in-Law always wants to stop there when she is visiting - says they have an unusual variety of stamps she isn't offered at her local post office.”
“I had stopped using this location in the past, but starting going again a few months back. The postmaster here, Lawrence, has really turned this location around for the better. They are so helpful and friendly, plus the lines are always shorter than other locations.”

“Most people don't understand how much work these people do every day and the people that they have to put up with. Like some people that have commented. I mean my gosh really. For years, i have always gotten smiles and pleasantness. No matter how crazy busy it is, they are respectful and patient with myself and others.Anyone that goes to that post office knows who you're describing. “Yo people calm with all this one star reviews and this negative feedback maybe you guys are all in bad mood like holy every review I have seen said rude or lost mail you know what that sounds like a you problem did you get your recommended sleep hours or your coffee you guys are so disrespectful these workers work hella late to give your mail and packages while you are in your house during the holidays when they are out there working butts off trying to get off work and getting back to there familys come on people so rude.you don't what its like they work so damn late during holidays so be grateful come on did anyone teach you guys patience and proper manners nahh I don't think so”
