What a waste of time, door is locked at 12:45am…not open 24 hours as it says, I checked before I left my home as to not waste my time driving that direction. But there is a car there, and some guy inside stocking…literally just change Google to say you’re not open 24 hours!!! Then as I’m driving away, I see him sneak over to the door and probably unlock it. But I’m already getting on the freeway and leaving, going somewhere else even though I live three blocks away from that Shell gas station, and it would be really nice if it were open 24 hours. Doubt anyone cares.

Stopped here on our way to Big Sur. Pretty sure they sell bad gas. Made our truck idle rough with spiking rpm’s. Don’t go here.

Find a different gas station. No public restrooms and there's a cashier here who's a real weirdo! We walked in to find a sweater and pull out cash and this guy accused my 50 year old mother of stealing! Ridiculous ? skip this place unless you wanna be insulted by some short, balding, jerk of a cashier. Plus their shop has seriously gone down hill since I was last here in 2022.

As we entered the room, a strange and glowering felon stood at the counter. He glared at us as we went to pursue the snack aisle. I greeted him with a friendly "Hello!" and was met with a silent scowl. He was obviously thinking something devious and unhinged. He did not make us feel welcome in the establishment whatsoever. I will no longer be bringing my business to this gas station. I should not have to feel threatened for my safety at a gas station, let alone by a worker. I suggest he should be relieved from his position.

Whoever worked Monday evening inside the Food Mart was beyond rude. Sign on the door stated it was going to be reopened at 8:45pm so since it was 8:25pm when I, my daughter and 3 of her friends got there, we decided to wait 20 mins for the store to open back up since we walked there. At about 8:40pm, this guy comes out from the back looking at us with an annoyed expression through the glass doors and yells at us saying "do you need gas?!" After we said no, he grabs the sign with the clock image and changes it to 7:00, points to the clock and yells 7AM, about faces and leaves. Dear sir, I don't know what was going on in your life but the young girls and I didn't deserve your rudeness when we were waiting very patiently. Kindness is contagious so please help spread that.

No restroom and clearly no plans to change that as they gave me directions to a public playground restroom. I find that to be lazy and inappropriate for a business that is part of their local community.

Stopped for gas. Tap reader wasn't working, so put my credit card in the pump, but the pump wasn't reacting to payment. I try to remove my card but the pump "ate" it thanks to a metal pin in the reader blocking me from removing it.I go to speak to the attendant...but nobody was there! Just a sign saying "Be back in 30 minutes" at 2pm on a Sunday. After 10 minutes, the pump relented and dropped the metal pin blocking my card from being removed.Keep moving!!! This station is NOT worth the pain.

Please update the hours on google from 24 hours! I drove here at 1AM for one snack and y'all are closed! If you close at 10 everyday it would be helpful to know before I drive here.

I would give 0 star is I could. I should have trusted the Yelp reviews. *One of the most expensive gas stations in the area. *No bathrooms. *Worker is smoking right by the door to the store. *No papers on the receipt dispenser.

After being on the road for 3 or 4 hours we stopped at this shell to use the restroom and get snack. There were no snacks just empty shelves and paper signs saying “out of order “ When you walk in the door to the store your eyes go straight ahead to see in the restroom with three sinks and three stalls. The door was wide open with a paper sign saying open to all genders. While an all gender restroom is a great think I do not think all should be in the restroom together at the same time. I would not suggest stopping here for fuel, snack or to use the restroom.
