BE CAREFUL !This is a scam and they are thievesI went to take gaz in this station. They tried to give me a important debit on my credit card. Fortunately my bank has blocked this transfer but my credit card is now blocked.Shell should better choose its employees . I thought I would be safe going to a station of this brand.

This is one of the best shell gas stations in San Luis Obispo county. It’s the owners. Amazing customer . The mom she is super women - what’s amazing is their son. Arvind !!I’m blown away with his customer service. Kudos to the parents and to Shell station Pismo beach for having a good team. Kudos to ARVIND. I will travel to put gas at this location

This is the worst gas station in America. Stay west. Go pay a bit more across the street instead. Well worth your time.

Pay at pump doesn't work, "for security reasons" so you can't top up your tank here. Advertised gas price on the big/tall sign showed cheaper than what was billed at the pump. Cashier was chatting with family on the phone the whole time instead of engaging with me. Chevron is down the street — go there.

I normally go here for gas. Not anymore. I had a stack of lottery tickets to turn in for cash, but I hadn’t counted them up. I should have. I gave the man $60 for pump one, and gave him the tickets. Normally this man says almost nothing. This day he told me to go pump and he he will total them, but on the way out the door he goes “ do you know how much you have here?” I told him “ not exactly” plus that’s a weird question to ask. I had a $75 winner along with probably 15 other winning tickets in my stack. When I get back inside he tells me I have $68 coming to me. I thought that sounded low and maybe I didn’t have the $75 ticket included. So I went home and looked. Nothing. I always keep my winners next to my bed. He only asked how much so he could rip me off in my opinion. That’s all I’m gonna say about this, his wife is very nice though, but I’ll never be back. I used to like the place Because it’s out of the way of all the crowded areas. Thanks for listening. I even have a pic of the winning ticket.

If I could put a negative star I would the bathroom is Disgusting. The woman's is being used as storage and the men's had p*** on the seat the walls have never been cleaned. The sink was no way near white as it should be. The worker was so rude when I told him the bathroom was really dirty he might want to check it out he said you don't like it leave. Unfortunately I had already given him $60 for gas....never again!!!!

As mentioned the street sign is cash price and didn't see credit price until after inserting card. Main thing is the filthy, stinky, no paper towel single restroom. Kind of a bummer for a freeway gas station. Also, really rude management/staff. Sorry, try to share the positives.

Went to go support the family owner business and the lady behind the counter and the customer spent wearing masks and didn't seem to care. Last time I will go there!
