They have a great parts and service department. If you’re looking to upgrade your rig or you could shop for a new or used RV. Fifth wheel bumper tow or motor home. They have a decent selection. Enjoy your time looking they are not high pressured sales.

I needed a technician to come out to fix what I thought were minor issues but with help of the tech Jeff he was able to tell me what had happened and immediately fixed that problem. He also went far and above in explaining a future issue.
Sky River should be very proud of Jeff in his abilities, performance, attitude and his desire to be of assistance to a Sky River client .

Purchased a Class A motorhome (New) in June while vacationing in Pismo. Air conditioner has never worked properly since the day we bought it. Thought is was a good place while making the purchase. Once they get your money they hardly know you or return your calls. My advice never ever buy out of town. It's been a nightmare.

Dealing with Sky River has been a pleasant experience. Lori and Mark showed us Montana 5th wheels that were on the lot. Upon finding one, Lori stepped out, allowing us to have a conversation and further explore if the unit was right for us. There was zero pressure when it came to sales. When it came to finance, Nancy stayed until 7 pm, answering all our questions and making sure that we were successful in moving our items from our trade in, into the new one. The first time we used our new unit there was a small leak under the sink and Kyle immediately sent someone over to resolve the issue. More recently, after Sky River closed for the evening, we drove to Sky River for assistance and Bob, still being on site, helped us out and even went to the RV park to make sure everything was okay. The detail and personal service we have experienced from each employee we have encountered, has far exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn't be more grateful. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I go there for any parts or get my propane filled up within a timely matter plus good crew. Stone is the best always goes out of his way to make sure we get the corrected parts and always greeted us with a big sunshine smile!! You go Stone!🙏🏻❤️👍🏻

I want to take the time to thank a few people at Sky River Rv (Pismo Beach) in helping us with the purchase of our new 2025 Cougar 5th wheel. I want to thank Tyler, our sales associate who took the time to walk us through units that matched specific needs in order for us to keep our trailer stored at PCV. He took the time to explain how the trailers were constructed and what they had to offer. At the end of the day we felt like we had known him for years, he felt like family. I also want to thank Louie for taking the time to walk me and my dad through the new unit. Louie had immense patience when it came to answering all of our questions and showing us how everything worked. The whole process of trading our old unit in for a new one was easy. Tyler had our old unit setup next to the new one, so switching everything over was seamless. Thank you again for everything, we absolutely love the new trailer and love the fact that we have an amazing dependable dealership we can come back to for service or future purchases.

Just bought 3rd unit from Pismo beach. Last unit I bought by chance I met new owner Randy. My big concern was to not change out any employees, as usually done by ownership change. Mark Bob and Nancy were able to do the impossible to get me into the Flagstaff super lite. I would like to think the new owner might remember me by my signature handlebar mustache. Also Kyle handled all my problems on 1st unit like the pros he and his team are. If anyone is considering any other dealer don't. Thanks Richard a very happy camper.

My wife and I were traveling from Pismo State Beach to Morro Bay State Beach this week when we noticed that we had water leaking from our sink in our RV. We had seen the sign for Sky River RV during our stay in Pismo. We took a chance and stopped. We hoped we would not be there for hours. When we went to the service office, we met a young man named Chris Green. When I explained our situation, he asked me to show him our trailer. He had our leaking faucet fixed in less than 10 minutes and we were back on the road. We were so impressed with Chris. He was wonderful. We would recommend Sky River RV and Chris Green to any RVer traveling through Pismo. Great location. Very nice people. When I called this morning to get Chris' full name, Chris remembered us and our RV. Not too many people like Chris anymore. What a Blessing. Pastor Byron Smith

Came by to get an adaptor for my 30 amp connection. But sales dep is closed on sundays. A guy by the name of Mark helped us out and let us use an adaptor so i didnt have to go buy one.. Thanks Mark, that is some great customer service right there. I appreciate your kindness and help.

The service department is an absolute joke! Horrible customer service!! “Kyle” in the service department was extremely rude to me and very unhelpful.
Don’t be fooled by this place…
The employees at Sky River may be nice when they sell you a unit, but dealing with the service department when something goes wrong with your unit is an absolute nightmare!
