I wish I could give them a positive post but I can't. We've literally had 4 package problems with them in the last 3 weeks! They held onto my package for over a week before putting in my box. Then my fiancé had to go in and have them look for one after another week. It didn't have the po box number on it, so they just let it sit in the back!!! 😞

This is probably the first positive review I've left for a USPS office, but this particular location really helped me out of a jam and deserves the kudos.
Redirected a parcel I had a typo in without sending it all the way back across the country to me just to have to ship out again.
Keep doing what you're doing guys, it's appreciated!

The worst USPS office and manager. The mail carrier left a delivery notice saying that I needed to sign for my package, which was the first notice. It said he would try again the second time which he never did, so I went to the post office(2 days later) and spoke to the manager, and they sent it back after only one attempt, and it went back to Israel, which cost me $121 to get it back. I was so disgusted with the manager and the way he acted was ridiculous.

Booked an appointment online for passport services and was gaslit by the employees even after I SHOWED THEM PROOF THAT I HAD INDEED BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. Bro you can't just say no after I show you physical evidence???? I agree with the other reviews, lazy and victim blaming staff

Just wanted to say I spent time coming up here to fix an issue with a package with an incorrect address so it could be properly delivered just to be notified that was for no reason and my pagackage was sent back to the sender because it couldn't be delivered. Yall SUCK

The reason for my 5 star review is solely because of Steve the postmaster. I have known Steve since I started a shipping job 5 years ago, and since the day I met him he has always been and outstanding person. He treats every single person the same, with respect and compassion. For most people a job is just something to earn income but for Steve it’s more than that. You can tell he really cares about people and he goes above and beyond so everyone can get the experience they expect. I hope everyone at USPS can take after Steve

I always go to this usps because the staff is very amicable and helpful but today an older Asian lady made it an uncomfortable experience. I always return packages there but this time she told me I needed to put tape on my package I was confused because usually they use the big tape so I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or feeling lazy because she made use small tape which isn’t neat. She did it with attitude as well and didn’t speak professionally.

Laziest postal service office I’ve ever had to deal with. Have left multiple pink slips in my mailbox for packages vs walking up to my door (I have been home and able to sign for) and having me sign. They just take them back to the office wasting my time. Not only this, but I have verified my address multiple times with them and yet they still continue to send mail back to the sender (did this with my car registration resulting in late fees). Awful customer service on their end and when I brought these concerns to James, he took 0 accountability and tried continuously blaming me. I’ve never had this many issues receiving mail anywhere I’ve lived before.
Unfortunate that I have to receive mail through them.

My mail is been delivered to the wrong address and other people’s mail delivered to me on a weekly basis. I spoke to the supervisor who advise to file a complaint and the PostMaster will contact me. Of course the PostMaster didn’t contact me but when I called him he was very offensive and unbelievably rude. I understand they are government employees and they are busy but still no need to be disrespectful. I am utterly shocked.

They are too lazy to deliver packages. Says insufficient address EVERYTIME. It's a normal address. UPS FedEx regular mail just fine. But we NEVER get our packages. So sick of it! Especially at Christmas time
