Been trying to rent something for the past month or two. Everytime I give up I get a letter with information saying I'm approved, yet 3 times now I've been told that they will call me back and never get a call.

The absolute worst; in the end we paid twice the normal price for a refrigerator for a non profit orgnization. The problem with this firm is that if you can't pay it off within three (3) months, you can't pay it off at all without paying three (3) times the limit. We were never told that until it was too late. In my opinion: GREED AT ITS VERY BEST.

So I decided to treat myself to something nice. I was pre-approved for $660.00. When I finally made up my mind to go through with impulse buy the manager Depok refused to sell me the 85' TV and the JBL 1100 speaker box. HecsaidcI could have one or the other since I wascacbew customer. My facial expression went a lil something like ? And and I asked him why? He said I was only pre-approved online and that was just that a PRE-APPROVAL! Okay yall, I'm a lil spoiled so I was a little upset because I didn't like the way he was talking to me. When he told me I couldn't have the TV and speaker he said it rudely and aggressively. Nevertheless, I got my TV and a soundbar from somewhere else. The only problem was that the place that gave me what I wanted didn't carry the speaker. I didn't want to go back in the store so I went online to Aaron's to order it instead. Smart right, wrong. I ordered the wrong speaker and now their saying I have to cancel the order.....

I had to call multiple times in order to speak with somebody and when they finally answered, they acted as if it was an inconvenience. I had a question about a tear in the couch that we got from them and they told me that it wasn't their problem and to google a solution to it. The arm of the couch came broken and they wouldn't fix because they claimed it was our fault. I would not recommend buying any of their products as they are cheap and poorly made. The customer service at this location is a joke, so if you do get anything don't expect them to actually care about any of the questions or concerns you have.

Had a wonderful experience with them today very friendly staff everything was pretty simple we found a beautiful sectional & was out the door with no problem!! It will be delivered tomorrow!! Thanks guys ??

I got a living room set and they said its new but it's not and i called to replace the cushions for the big couch and its been almost 2 months and we still waiting on it and its warranty. I shouldn't have to wait this long.
