What a ripoff. They charged me $150 to electronically file my taxes through taxact.com. it was rejected immediately and that's what I got for my money. They were done. I don't know what I expected but I did not expect nothing. I got more out of Turbo Tax than Terissita or whatever her name is. Taxes are one of many gigs that she has. Don't fall for this trap. Many other tax prepares in the same complex. My case needed a real professional, she was not it. I honestly wish I paid a little more and went to H&R Block. Don't waste your time or money.

Teresita is awesome. She is my new tax person. She has excellent customer service and her smile bights up the room. She stayed passed her closing time to help me out. She 20 years plus of experience. her mom use to own the company. now its just her. thank you again.
