Service department is well ran. I was leery due to some older reviews but now after 3 different visits I can say they do a great job. The service lane is clean and organized. The service advisors are friendly and helpful as well as the cashiers.
Nice to have a local dealer I can trust for my service needs.

The team effectively identified potential issues based on my feedback and implemented software updates on the battery modules that resolved false errors and battery drainage problems—updates not accessible to end users. Hey y'all! If you buy a Mach E from these guys, and they try to sell you the Star Guard GPS theft system - beware! My Mach E has bricked once, they replaced the 12v battery, then about a month later all kinds of codes showed up on the screen advising to get service immediately. All Star kept the car several days, and when it was returned the Service department said the problem was the Star Guard system. They fixed it by disconnecting the Star Guard. I asked for my money back for Star Guard and Sales Management said no, I needed to talk to Star Guard to get a resolution. I have contacted Star Guard three times with no solution. All Star says I need to resolve with Star Guard. Seems to me if they sold it they should fix it if it won't work with the car!

Be careful with these people. They have an app called Fordpass that's supposed to let you choose what services you want done to your car. I decided to pick wheel alignment but after you choose it, it stops you from choosing a date and tells you to call. I just called and told Anthony that my call needs a wheel alignment and the app wouldn't let me choose a date. Anthony then tells me the app isn't working properly (I heard this before and I thought it would've been fixed by now). Anthony proceeded to take down my info and after me telling him my call needs a wheel alignment, he tells me my car will need a $245 diagnostic analysis. I have one at home and it works just fine. Btw, Anthony got upset because I cancelled. Tsk tsk tsk...

My dad leased a Mach-E from these guys, and it has been a complete disaster. First, they literally switched the paperwork between two leases of two Mach-E's, so my dad and the other guys data got swapped. They put the wrong VIN on the paperwork, and couldn't figure out how to sort it out. This is almost a year now. Then, just recently the Mach-E bricked - no response whatsover - after a software update. I have no idea of the update was related or not, but sure seems likely. AAA couldn't get the trunk open to access the jump terminals. Ford Roadside Assistance came out and had no luck. The Ford guy had to jimmie the driver's side door with a slim jim to even get in. He got into the frunk and tried to jump the 12V system. Dash and everything stayed dark. Would not shift to Neutral! Bricked. Called two towers, and nobody will tow it. All Star Ford has been totally unhelpful - said that maybe somebody could make it out next week to collect it. They haven't offered any service, apology or indication that they will make things right on the lease. Avoid this place like the Plague, or Covid, or whatever.
Update 7/2024: Back in the shop, now for over a week with no word. Low voltage system isn't working. Stranded my folks, if they could drop this lease they would.

The saga continues...
"The Ford certified" expedition we bought has been in the shop for almost a month now. We literally had it for two weeks before the transmission started slipping and then a loud clunk. While in the shop they inspected the grinding noise of drivers side window and realized it was previously broken into and had broken glass in the door frame. So who knows what's next to break but I would stay far away from this place, they are crooked and sold us a lemon.

The place is nice and big but that's the only positive thing. Our salesman Steve was really friendly and nice until we were in financing and then never saw him again. Told us multiple lies to get the deal but once in financing we're given the truth. He also kept my husband's driver's license (accidentally) and said he would mail it but still 5 days later but still haven't received it. When I called to ask about it he said "it's out of my hands." I called sales manager and of course never got a call back. Will never buy a car from them again. Thanks for the awesome customer service Steve! ?
Update: finally received ID and extra key in the mail. Never received a call from the sales manager as noted below from the owners response.

Gentlemen at the parts desk I went in Thursday hes always just got ttitude like he don't wan to be there the young ladies always so nice him is just no conversation just I don't know unpleasant to deal with.
