Started out pretty rocky. The car I made an appt for was out of commission but no one told me before I headed out, so negative for that. The only thing that pulls this one back is the salesperson I did end ups with, Farad Khan, was pretty helpful and apologetic. He went above and beyond and toed the line between hard sell and being respectful. Extra plus that he came and picked me up to take me back to the dealership to seal the deal. I’m an older millennial, so I also appreciating doing some of the numbers stuff over text rather than having to hash it out in person.

We wanted to lease an Ioniq 6 in the Bay Area and have been contacting dealerships since there is a specific price point we were looking for. We didn’t want to drive out to any dealership until we agreed on the numbers. We confirmed on the price and drove an hour to Pittsburg to get the paperwork done. Keep in mind, we had already test driven the car at another dealership so our only intention was to do the paperwork and bring the car home. However, we get to All Star Hyundai and they wasted our time. They could not do the number they previously confirmed, and raised the price by a thousand dollars. We have several cars at home and buy a new car almost every year so we are knowledgeable on the purchasing process. We do not tolerate dealership games and after thirty minutes of telling them we would only do it at the price they confirmed on the phone, we left. I hope management understands people have things to do, but this trip wasted more than two hours of our time driving to and from Pittsburg. I am not one of those people who will stay at a dealership for hours to haggle on the price and give in to their supposedly “lowest”. Many buyers have already done to their due diligence with research and know the numbers they want and more details on the car than the sales associate. You should honor the price given to me on the phone so our time is not wasted. This will be our first and last interaction with this dealer.

the service department at this dealership is the worst i have ever done business with. i had to return my suv three (3) times before they got the repairs done properly. plus, each time, they charged me for more parts and labor. the last insult was they have lost the fuse box cover plate in the dash! so now i just have a large hole in the dash with wires hanging out. i have reached out to them at least 7 times, with no calls or mesages returned.

This review is based on my experience with the Service Center, and here is how it went.First issue, I called to have my car service for 12v battery inspection and perform two recalls. At time of the call, I was asked if I needed a ride home since they will need my car all day. I confirmed I needed a ride and they said that they can arrange a ride home. So I booked the next available appointment (2 weeks from time of call). Upon arrival and handing my keys over to the SA, I was told that they no longer provide drop off and pick up service since last month (October), I made my appt. in Oct. So now, I was stranded at the service center with the only option provided was I can wait in the lobby (All day). If I had been told ahead of time, I could've arranged a ride. In the end, my next best choice was to call for my own rideshare and eat the expense, a ride home and back to service center. on a positive note, they repaired my 12v battery issue under warranty and completed the recall, and was asked to come back for a part that had to be special ordered. I would also like to commend and recognize Ronesh. He was apologetic and attentive to my issues. He explained that the drop off service issue will be taken to management.Second issue. Days later, I got the call to come back since the part ordered has arrived, Cargo mat cover being replaced under warranty. When asked when the next appt is available, I was told the next day @ 2:30 pm is available. So I booked the appointment but was asked to come 30 mins earlier @ 2pm to make sure he could work on my car. So I arrived earlier, only to be told by the SA that they cannot do anything with my car since I came "too early" from my appoint. So why tell me to come earlier? Then, I was told that to replace the cargo mats is about 1 to 1.5 hours to be completed (really?). I asked if I can just pick up the mat and I can install myself. This request was rejected since they have to follow "procedures", sure. So I waited, an hour later (3 pm), my car was still sitting in the bay where I originally left it. Then 20 mins later (3:20 pm), car was moved and is no longer in the bay. 10 mins later (3:30 pm), walked out to check if the car was in one of the bay in the shop area, and it was not there. It was parked in the back lot. I asked the SA, and they said its getting "worked" done in the shop now. I calmly stated that this is not true since my car is not in the shop and is sitting in the back lot. The SA went to the shop to verify and came back to say that we will pull it in now and get it worked on right away. This is when I reminded them again, my car only needs the cargo mats replaced. Half hour later, I came back in to check on my car and again was told they will be pulling it up soon. So I waited, 2 hours to have cargo cover/mats replaced, when the actual work was completed in less than 15 - 20 mins (I saw my car go in the bay, they replaced it, and it sat there, very frustrating to see). David was the SA the checked me in and kept providing Josh information when I checked in. However, I would like to recognize and commend Josh through out this experience as he was actually attentive to the customer and was the only one running the front desk getting customers moving. Great job Josh!I know this is a long review for the service center but I wanted to share detail as much as I can to show this is a genuine review and express my frustration during my visit. Sadly, I will avoid this service center as much as possible and hope to save others time by doing the same.Good luck out there and be safe!

I've purchased a few vehicles from different places but I had the most comfortable experience ever purchasing a vehicle from All Star Hyundai. I ended up getting all that I wanted and a little extra. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and very informative. I was in and out with the vehicle I wanted in a very short time. Rezaul Bashar made the process an ease. LOL! He even gave me a short quiz on the information he'd provided on a lot of the features of my new vehicle (which I love). I think I did well. There was no pressure and I received a great deal. He also offered extra time for me to come back to learn more about my new vehicle and it's features.

I bought a spare key for my Kona on eBay and stopped by the dealership to ask about getting it programmed. Figured I would have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment, The service advisor, josh, was like "if you can give me a few minutes to finish up with the customer before you, we can do it now"It took Just enough time for me to walk over and get a boba tea. These guys are fast and efficient!

Great service manager (David C.), who fully explaied the issues and my options. It’s been 4 years since I purchased the car there. I doubt that many, if any of the sales staff from then is still there, since that’s norm in sales. But if they still participate in the Costco new car purchase program that’s the place to go, since the program is great.

Great cars and deals. But if you buy a car here make sure all features are enabled when you take posession. I bought Ioniq 6 2023 (BTW amazing car). But they told me BlueLink will be enabled next day (It was part of the features). They did not come through with the deal and took me a month to get it activated. The staff stopped responding and later became rude (of course I was frustrated). I had to enable it myself by wasting hours on phone. Also if you ask to talk to head of sales they send you to Michal Stone who doesn't work there anymore, I pointed that out and they treated it like it was my fault (even more rudely) . If you need talk to Reza Busher he is reasonable.

This review is for their service department. I really like my vehicle, but the service department here is terrible. Anything more than a basic oil change is a pain here.I brought my car in with a nail in the tire. I told them, and they said they'd fix it for no charge. Awesome, right? Turns out they just aired it up and rotated it. A week later, I had a flat again. Then, I asked for a quote for a cracked headlight lens. They said they would call me with the estimate. The call never came. Most recently, I took it in for a bunch of error messages on my dash and a fuel door that wouldn't open. They said they couldn't find an issue with the fuel door. Although they cleared the error messages, now my navigation doesn't work. Oh, and I tried the fuel door in front of the service advisor, and it wouldn't open. He said he'd call when the part comes in. No call so far.I'm actually considering selling my car just so I won't have to deal with this service department. The next dealership is like 15/20 miles away from me.

I had to bring the car in for a recall. Fortunately, that was completely covered, as well as our rental. David Corona was wonderful to work with, when you can catch him, he's a very busy man. He always was pleasant and seemed eager to make our experience a positive one. He was the only saving grace Hyundai had. They're approval process was way too long, which made my current situation 1000x more stressful than it should've been. The hoops the corporation made us jump through felt like being guilty of a crime, and then having to prove we were innocent. Just completely not what you expect to deal with when you're sold the promise of an iron clad warranty and responsible ownership of issues at time of purchase. If David Corona wasn't there, with his positive can do attitude, we would've filed a complaint through our attorney. Not kidding, it was terrible, not including Mr. Corona!
